"Get moving!" the crack of a whip awakes the two sleepers. They find themselves in a large dark cave area. Chained people trudge in a line toward an extravagant table holding a feast. There, three people sit and eat while waving people into separate lines.

"You two look cute together, so I won't separate you," one of the strangers says. He holds a grape up to Innie's mouth. "Eat a little so you won't starve."

The small boy gives a grateful as he savors the fruit. The spirit continues, "However, your partner here has committed a lot of heinous crimes, for which he's been submitted to punishment. I advise you go with him. There's going to be a gap in between the giant ogres. You can escape there. Continue walking and you'll reach Elysium. Somewhere along the way, your shackles will snap off, so you'll be fine. Bye now!"

As the two head off, a shorter spirit turns to the previous one. "You aren't supposed to be giving the bad ones directions, Felix."

"I know, but they're really cute together, Changbin. I can't help it if I want them to live in hell happily," the freckled one replies. The pink haired spirit on the other side of Changbin huffs, exasperated by the boyfriends' behavior.

Back with Hyunjin and Jeongin, they walk in silence under the observance of giant ogres with flashlights in their eyes. The entire pathway is lit up except for one small sliver of darkness. The two creep past the light to reach a narrow bridge leading to a sparkling city.

As they walk across the bridge, they feel a weight lifted off their hands, and they look to see that the chains have disappeared from their wrists. Walking freely, they prance toward the dazzle of Elysium. When they emerge, the two are met with a bustling street full of honking cars hovering above people strolling around the road. A horned demon is handing out flyers of some sort, and Innie reaches out to collect one.

"Hyunjin! It says that he's giving away a free apartment!" the younger squeals excitedly.

"Innie, we don't know him enough for that. It might be really shabby," Hyunjin tries to protest. However, he can't resist the hopeful eyes his soulmate gives him. Shaking his head, he goes back to the demon. "We're actually interested in your offer. Could you show us this apartment?"

The demon nods, briskly walking through the crowd to reach a two story apartment. He quickly hands them a floor plan before whizzing off to meet up with a shorter demon. Hyunjin looks down at the contract paper, before buying the house from "Lee and Han". Shrugging at the smaller, they open the door and head into their new home.

It's surprisingly clean, counters polished, cabinets stocked. It's as if they were renting the place, but there were no payments needed. Innie rushes upstairs, taking the steps two at a time. He exclaims "They only have one bedroom, but that's fine! Only one bathroom too!" while Hyunjin inspects the rooms downstairs. There seems to be a walk-in closet, filled with designer clothing, next to the gym.

Jeongin comes running down the stairs and stumbles into Hyunjin, who's holding a stack of paper. When he takes a look at the red money (idk. Think of dollar bills but in red), his eyes widen.

"In addition to this sweet house we now have, we also got rich from that random demon we bought this place from??" he exclaims, stunned.

Hyunjin just smiles and places a lasting kiss on the younger's shocked face. The boy returns it gladly, moving forward to place pecks along the taller's jawbone...

Hi! The ending was really "meh" but whatever. The original idea could probably have been written a lot better but I hope you enjoyed. I'm genuinely surprised I hit 1K reads so thanks for reading, everyone! Also, I died when I saw the music video for Sugar Rush Ride (by TXT if you didn't know). The visuals killed me. I kind of made something for Farewell, Neverland. I made this before I actually knew what the song sounded like so it's probably different than the vibe but I think it looks cute so here goes.
