*Author pov*
Jeongin held Chan's gun in his hands, fingers flitting on and off the trigger as he points it at the older's head. Chan's eyes widen at the firearm, and he lifts an arm as if to stop the bullet from inevitably planting itself in his head. The shot goes off. Luckily no one is nearby to hear, or else he would be captured. Chan's head lolls as blood spurts from the hole in his forehead, painting a red line down his forehead. Jeongin smiles, tilting his head as he closes the wide open eyes. It'll be a suicide. No one will know.
Later, Jeongin fake cries at the previous scene, tears running down his cheeks. He turns to see a hand on his shoulder. The older man smiles down at him. Long blond hair framing his face and his warm grin.
"Hi Jeongin, I know that this is a hard time for you, but remember that I'm here, ok?" he says. The man's name is Hyunjin. Hwang Hyunjin. He could work with that.
Summoning a fresh round of tears, he sinks into the older's comforting embrace. The arms tighten around his waist, a good sign. Maybe the older had liked him for years, but was just hiding it because of his "relationship" with Chan. That made it easier. He didn't have to build a bridge or break the ice, there was already a string to grab onto. He smiled into the older's now damp shirt, and looked up. Hyunjin's trusting eyes gazed back at him, ready to love him forever.
He could work with this. Yeah, he could work with it for sure.
