𝘿𝙄𝙉𝙂-𝘿𝙊𝙉𝙂! 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗟 𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚. The Yuichi home was whizzing with action when the doorbell tolled. Who would visit them? The neighbours? Yuichi Rin strode to the door and swung it open.
The unsolicited visitor was bizarre-looking. The man had blunt raven bangs with rectangular frames and spheroidal eyes. He almost looked like a ghoul. He was towering but skinny, sporting all-black, a shirt and pants. Next to him, a startling figure was a woman. She had short red hair that pulled into a pony. She wore decorous clothes.
"We would like to discuss some serious matters with your daughter. May we come in?" the woman asked politely. Her voice was courteous but had command. It was as if she had a background with authority.
"Um... Sure," Yuichi Rin chortled uncertainly. She guided the way for the newcomers in the house. The quirky man eyed the place with vexation perceptible in his eyes. They trekked into the living room, where Yuichi Tatsuki was watching television. Rin coughed, catching her husband's attention. Tatsuki witnessed the appearances, switched off the TV and stood up from the settee. He motioned for the guests to have a seat.
The guests sat on the sofa, making themselves cosy. Rin called out for the soccer prodigy, who was dribbling the ball in her room. "Would you like to have some tea?" she questioned. It was just 10'o clock in the morn. Both of the guests nodded.
Siera sauntered down the staircase lazily. She was exhausted from the flight that she would like to have dozed into noon. She wanted to reprimand her mother for waking her up so early. As she strutted down the stairs, she detected two unfamiliar heads sitting on the couch. She glimpsed over at her father, perplexed. They had just reached Japan the day before, so how on Earth did they already have guests? She walked over to the foreign pair and sat opposite them, next to her father. Her mother came out from the kitchen carrying a tray with four cups of tea.
Ego Jinpachi peered at the girl in front of him. She looked more like a boy, with her athletic traits concealed by her loosely hanging clothes. She trod into the room with impassiveness and manner, which were unnerving. She wore trainers and sat in front of them, cross-legged. She was full of the ego of her brilliance. And he didn't decline it.
Ego Jinpachi was thoroughly acquainted with the prospect of Yuichi Siera. Her striking skills were out of the world, with a scope of approximately 30 metres. Her dribbling was not her grandest strength, but she never let it impact her play. Last but not least, her trump card? Her stealing ability. She could steal the ball even in a two-on-one. With her knacks, she was the centre forward of the team. She was an unbelievable talent with an even exalted ego. She was the perfect candidate for Bluelock. However, just as he understood her strengths, Mr Ego knew about her most distinguished weakness. Her relied team play. She could not play without a team. She was not the best player of defence and depended much on her offensive play on the field. She needed highly proficient passes to make more rapid, flawless goals. She appeared to require a decoy now and then to make goals.
"Hello. My name is Teieri Anri, a member of the Japan Football Union," the woman stated. The whizz-kid's pupils dilated at the mention of football. "And I'm here to give you, Miss Yuichi, a five-time national champion, a chance to join the best soccer training in Japan!" she said with intensity seeable in her eyes. The young teen raised her eyebrows, askance.
"Why should I believe you?" Siera asked in her stern, dull voice. She inclined on the seat, stretching her arms above her. She shut her eyes and took a deep breath. "Every other soccer academy says the same thing."
Her parents were mum, downing tea in the floral-designed cup and saucer set. They let their daughter make her own decisions. They knew how much the sport mattered to her and wouldn't intrude. They understood that if she desired to accomplish something, not even the Almighty could prevent her.
"But not every other soccer training will make you the best striker in the world," the quirky-looking man responded with a sickening smile.
The announcement caught Siera's ears. She burst her eyes open and was enthusiastic about what he would resume saying. To be the best striker in the world was her ambition, and this mysterious man presented it to her on a golden platter? Hell, she would accept it, no matter the impacts and liabilities.
"I'm in," she fired back, convinced. Ego Jinpachi's smile widened. This is was going to be fun.
