It wasn't as if Percy didn't trust the goddess Hecate (because he was still really wary about her despite what Hazel said) but he really wasn't sure about the whole Ambassadors of Olympus thingie. Sure, Zeus and the other Olympians had personally granted them safe passage and blessed them and all, but he didn't get why it had to be seven demigods that had to be sent to England

But it wasn't as if he could do anything against that. Nope.

He and Annabeth walked side-by-side as they headed towards Half-Blood Hill towards Thalia's pine tree that protected camp. Today they were scheduled to leave at noon sharp for England through teleportation with the goddess herself. The both of them were the last ones there but neither of the two had the intention of quickening their pace.

"I don't like this." Percy said quietly to Annabeth.

"Why?" She asked, drowning. "You're not excited? I mean, the thought of wizards and witches and all...I'd think you'd be on your excited mood right now."

Percy stared at her and cracked a smile. "Okay, I am a little excited about seeing these 'wizards' Hecate is talking about." He admitted. "And curious. With the pointed hats and Abracadabra and things..."

"I don't think they'd actually be like that," Annabeth mumbled thoughtfully. "But go on."

"Tell me sending seven amabassadors to one place is weird," He said to his girlfriend.

She looked at him, impressed. "You've been thinking a whole lot lately, Seaweed Brain," She said grinning. "I'm impressed. And proud."

He pouted childishly. "That hurts, Annie!" He whined.

She just laughed. "But to answer your question," She said once she recovered, "Under normal circumstances, yeah. But, this really isn't normal. I think she just want more of us because she's taking us to the Ministry which is the very head of their world and decides almost everything. And we're the leaders of our camps...in a way. We can help persuade them to ally with us for the oncoming and possibly inevitable war and start planning when they agree. She won't have to cross both worlds more than once."

"So...basically your saying that Hecate is lazy." Percy pointed out.

Annabeth slapped him hard across the chest but she was grinning. Percy winced even thought he barely felt anything.

"That wasn't what I was saying, Seaweed Brain!" She said, grinning.

"Oi!" Someone called from the top of the hill. Maybe Piper. "Quicken your pace, guys! You're keeping the rest of us here waiting!"

"Yeah," Reyna called. "We don't have all day!"

Annabeth and Percy smiled at each other as they untangled themselves.

"Race you to the top?" Annabeth said.

"Oh, you're on,"

The five and Chiron and the goddess Hecate just watched as Camp Half-Blood's leaders started sprinting up the steep slope. Annabeth high-fived the girls when she got there faster than Percy who was just a few steps behind her.

"Not fair! I was carrying your duffel bag, too," He said, pointing at the extra duffel bag on his shoulder which was hers.

Annabeth just laughed as she gave him a quick peck on the lips.

"You're getting old, Jackson." Jason taunted, jokingly. "Next thing we know, you'll be complaining about how heavy Riptide is."

"Shut up, Grace."

They just laughed.

"Alright, children." Chiron said once they all finally calmed down. "You will probably be staying in London for quite a while and I suppose you all have your necessities?" They nodded. "Very well, good hunting." He said solemnly with a wave and another of his kind smiles.
