Ryujin's POV
"Ryujin, I- I'm pregnant." Yeji stated as she showed me the pregnancy test, two red lines showed indicating that she was positive in the test.
I just remained quite, surprised by her words. I wasn't shocked or horrified. I was more of happy and for of excitement. Finally, the family both Yeji and I dreamed of together, it's going to happen in a while.
Yeji only smiled at me, each time she continuously announce her pregnancy, her smile becomes wider. Her tears starts to fall down.
I cant believe it. I don't know what to say. She's going to be a mother and so will I. I don't know what to react. I don't know what to say. All I know is I'm so happy.
"Is that true?"
"Yes." She replied, cupping my cheeks with her right hands while slowly caressing her tummy with the other hand.
"Yeddeong, this was our dream together." I told my beautiful wife. I felt my tears falling. She ran her right hand on my cheek as she leaned closer and our face are now inches away.
"Our dream came true, love." She said before I cut her off as I smashed my lips against hers.
I kissed her like it was the first time I did. I kissed her like there's no tomorrow. I kissed her with full of love, desire and lust. Soon enough, we separated ourselves to catch our breath then, we rested our foreheads with each other.
"I'm so happy Yeddeong , you make me so happy. I just- I love you, so damn much." Was all I said as I wiped her tears with my thumb.
"I love you too, more than you know Ryujin." She replied as I gave her a peck on her lips.
Following our wedding, Yeji and I worked for another year and a half, making money and saving for our future family while also building our own home.
We eventually decided to start a family later that year. We agreed to accept a donor who would assist us in having a baby for Yeji via donation and in vitro fertilization.
The procedure ran perfectly, and now that Yeji has confirmed her pregnancy to me, I couldn't be happier.
"Let's go baby." I called as she finished dressing herself.
She exited our room and I guided her to the car. Closing the door of the house, I headed towards to driver's seat as she was in the front seat.
"Ready to go?" She asked as I nodded and started driving going to the hospital for the 7th time for our baby's monthly check up.
I can't wait to see my baby. I can't wait to carry her in my arms.
"So what names have you thought to give for our baby?" Yeji started the conversation as she rested her hands of her tummy.
"Hmm.. I suggest Julia? Luna? Bella? Lara?" I suggested as I glanced towards her then back to the road.
"Julia? Bella?" Yeji asked mischievously. "Do you love Lia that much that you wanna name our baby after her or her dog?"
"I've always wanted to name my child Julia, and I think Bella is nice too. But it didn't really had anything to do with Lia unnie." I laughed after I only realized that I almost wanted to name my child after my friend's dog name.
