BEOMRYU is real. Beomgyu and Ryujin are dating!
TXT Beomgyu and Itzy Ryujin were caught booking in the same boxing gym. They're a gym couple. Although the two weren't seen leaving the location together, a few Saesangs have spotted them leaving the same gym separately. The two must have thought fans wouldn't suspect their relationship.
"This is messed up. I didn't even do anything. And none of us thought this would happen; we didn't even know fans would make it such a big deal. I don't know anymore."
Ryujin worriedly said as she threw herself on the couch inside the lobby of the company.
The other girls exchanged worried looks. It was a rare sight to see Ryujin so worried because she is usually the last person they'd imagine to be breaking down. Most of the time, when things aren't going well and the girls worry, it is Ryujin who tries to calm them and assure them that things will be okay.
Although, now, Ryujin looked so worried, and the girls wanted to help her.
"Unnie, just calm down." Yuna, the youngest, tried to help the older girl ease up.
"I can't, I just... I can't calm down, Yuna." Ryujin uttered. "This is a really bad situation. The fans are going wild. And if it's not me they're attacking for 'dating' him, they'd attack Beomgyu instead. I just hate that we both have to deal this hard just because of false information. Fuck these rumors."
"Okay, we understand. Alright, Ryujin..." Lia tried to calm her down before she said more things. "How about this... Why don't you contact Beomgyu about this and tell him how it's going for you and ask him how it's going for him too?"
"That's right, Ryu. Maybe you should hear the other side since he's also affected by this issue. We know nothing wrong is going on with you, but you know how badly the media reacted to the false news. You two should probably connect at some point and just figure out something. Maybe address it to the fans after you two talk?" Chaeryeong added this time.
"No, wait... We know Ryujin can't do anything yet. She can't just speak out about this issue right away even if she has all the right. After all, the management has something to say first. And although I hate that concept, it's what we need to follow." Yeji said, this time walking behind Ryujin.
"You know what... you are all right. Maybe I should contact Beomgyu and address this with him. And his manager and mine can sort out what to do next." Ryujin nodded as she took notes of all the advice from the girls.
"Thank you, girls. Thank you for being by my side." She looked up at her members and smiled weakly at them.
No one else loves her members more than she does. She is grateful for all of them, always.
Soon, the girls excused themselves and gave Ryujin a comforting hug before leaving the room. Today, they have a schedule to perform in the University Festival, so they need to get ready soon.
Ryujin thought it wasn't really good timing to show up in public after the scandal that just came out two days ago about her and Beomgyu. But this event has been scheduled for a long time, and they cannot postpone it.
So, Ryujin has to appear before the public no matter what and just pretend that no scandal happened. After all, she needs to work, and she just has to be professional enough to not be affected by the fans if they ever bring up the issue of her dating issues.
There Ryujin was, still sitting in silence on the couch as she tried to give herself some space.
She felt a warm hand caress her head, which comforted her. Head pats are one of her favorite gestures.
