Hello hello, I hope you're enjoying the story so far. I will try and update this at least once a day, although I can't promise anything :3

"Of course, it is." Wednesday insisted and looked straight at him. "I would bet my dead soul, that most of your paintings have been about me, haven't they?" She had no idea where this new side of her came from. Still cocky, but almost... flirtatious? Xavier smirked at her and wednesday thought she could faint. What was this sorcery? She took a long breath to calm herself down again. "One or two of them might have been of you... Why? Do you want to see them?" he asked her in the same almost flirtatious way. "Never..." escaped her lips, as she stood up to walk over to the canteen to grab her food. Once she returned and sat down with the others again, they all just sat in silence to eat. Bliss. Finally she could hear her own thoughts again, just that this time she wasn't the biggest fan of her own thoughts. The little voice inside her head kept on telling her that she should go and investigate about this stalker, but another voice, one she had never heard before told her to go with Xavier and indeed have a look at those paintings he was talking about.

"Alright. I would..." she turned her head towards him. "I have reconsidered, and I would..." she stopped and shook her head. "What is it Wednesday?" Xavier looked half amused, half worried at the lack of her words. "I would like to go and see those paintings that you have mentioned." Her face showed no expression, his on the other hand showed even more expression in return. Wednesday hated the way his face could show so many different emotions. "Alright... We can go over to my humble home after dinner, if you like?" Wednesday just nodded, but she could swear that his smile grew even wider. It was just in that moment that Enid let out another excited squeal. "Look at you, Wednesday! Wednesday Addams is going over to a boy's house." The dark haired girl just rolled her eyes, once she looked up. "It's a shed more precisely Enid... Also remember what I said I would do, if you continue with those squeals? Actually, I might change it up a bit, instead of suffocating you in your sleep, I might just cut your tongue of first and rip your lungs out. You won't be squealing anymore than." Enid's face frowned a bit, as she could tell that her friend was probably being honest. "You wouldn't do that to me, would you?" The wolf girl still had a shocked look on her face and wednesday just shrug her shoulders.

"You can find out if you'll like? All it takes is one more squeal from you." As soon as she had finished that sentence, the brown haired boy next to her did something she didn't expect. He touched her arm in a friendly gesture and laughed. "Wednesday, stop threatening every single friend you have." "Don't touch me." Wednesday had frowned, unable to move, almost as if Ajax had turned her into solid stone. She wished he had. "I'm sor.." Xavier lifted his hand quickly, but she cut him off. "Don't ever touch me again." She glared at him, almost as if she hated him and in a way she really did. She hated him for what had just happened. She had liked that slight touch of his hand. It had made her feel all warm and fuzzy inside, she almost felt protected sitting here next to him and she hated every second of it. "Forget about the paintings, Xavier. I don't want to see them anymore." She pulled her cardigan a little tighter around her shoulders and got up from her seat. "I am rather exhausted. I should probably go and rest for a while before our classes start tomorrow. I'll see you later Enid." She didn't even look at Xavier again. She didn't turn around. She just couldn't bear the person she wanted to be when she was around him or when she spoke with him. It didn't take long for her phone to vibrate. She had two unread messages.

STALKER: Very dramatic Wednesday. I knew you would be just like your mother.

And the next one.

XAVIER: Did I do something wrong? I'm sorry Wednesday. I didn't mean to overstep your boundaries, honestly. I just didn't think. I still want you to come and have a look at the paintings.

She didn't respond to either of them. She just needed to be alone for a moment and what better way to clear her head than to sit outside of her room and play the cello.
