About Jin's part in the MV:
6 of his friends passed away before he did, they all died in unbearable painful ways. He was the only one left behind to suffer the painful loss of people he loved. He looked up to the sky in his room because that's where the rest of his friends went to -paradise.
The scene where the flower bloomed at his heart was a symbol of his death nearing. His death was suffocation from floral scent. It meant the end of his most beautiful moment in life. He walked to the ending point of his life, it's time to meet his 6 friends who went on ahead first. In paradise.
