"And five, six, seven, eight!" Tina started as everyone got into positions. "One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight! One! Girls, put your hands on your hips. Suzy, how about suckin' in the arm flab? Thank you! Claire, sweetie, two eyebrows are better than one. Think I gave you the memo. Oh, my God! Monica! Time for some damage control on that ass! For a minute there, I thought I was looking at a Heft Bag full of chili dogs! Ha! Lord, Kelly! Next time wear a tighter bra, we don't need those boobs hitting someone during a stunt! Okay! Greg! How about the happy cheer face now, huh?"

Greg seemed like the only one bold enough to respond to Tina's antics. "This is my happy cheer face."

Tina got closer to my brother's face before speaking again, "That is not a happy smile! That's a hate smile."

"Is it that obvious, bitch?" Greg whispered causing me to stifle my laughter.

"All right. Pop-off on two! One, two and... down!" Tina instructed as everyone ended their stunts. Rico placed me on the floor gently just as the others did the same to their partners. Tina glanced between everyone and let out a laugh before calling out the steps again. "You guys are looking so great today. I'm kidding you look like crap. All right, Monica and Whittier, get ready for a pop-off on four. Kelly get ready to show me a herkie."

"Hey, you want to do a cradle back?" Monica whispered towards the two of us from our positions. She glanced at me first causing me to shake my head vigorously while Whittier pondered over the idea.

"You want to?" Whittier asked back. Monica nodded causing Greg to laugh as he glanced at us making me lightly cough so he could look in my direction as I mouthed for him to stop before Tina could notice.

Tina looked up from her clipboard, "Ready? One, two, three, four." As directed, I did the pop-off and the herkie while Whittier and Monica disobeyed and went along with the cradle back. Tina obviously furious threw her clipboard to the ground as she started stepping forward. "What the hell was that?! I asked for a simple pop-off! Was that a simple pop-off? I'm very curious to know Monica. Was that or was that not a pop-off?"

Monica laughed in disbelief before speaking, "Settle down, Tina. We were giving the routine a little flavor, a little individuality."

"A little flavor? A little individuality?" Tina laughed before broadcasting an obviously wide and fake smile, "Missy, you are no longer an individual. All right? You are a very small, little minute part of a very big-ass machine! And that machine has my name on it. You got it?"

"We're sorry..." Whittier confessed hoping to take the attention off Monica.

Tina gave her a side glance before letting out a scoff, "Not good enough, Whittier. Meet me in my office. 0800."

"Is that the address?!" Whittier exclaimed confused as Tina walked away from the team.

Greg explained to her that she should just get dressed and meet with her in an hour because that's usually what Tina meant even if she would give out times for no reason. While I originally was going to meet up with Greg for lunch, our father called and wanted to speak with him so I went with Monica and Janice for some food.

Monica and I listened to Janice ramble as we walked along with trays of food in each of our hands. "Handing out all those towels has made my arms feel like soggy Jell-O." Janice said making me laugh.

"I'm too tired to point out how dumb that sounds." Monica admitted with a sigh.

I giggled at her statement before turning to Janice, "At least you aren't doing anything more tiring." Janice nodded and turned to speak before Whittier made her presence known by wrapping her arms around Monica and I's shoulders.

"Hey Britney Spaz..." Monica greeted.

Janice narrowed her eyes at Britney's presence in curiosity before speaking, "Why are you so happy? Didn't Tina just rip you a new... wait, I can't say what."

Whittier seemed lost for a moment although she rapidly regained her composure so she could talk about what happened, "Actually... and ladies please keep this a secret, Tina told me that if I work really hard and I play my cards right, I could become the head cheerleader."

The four of us made it to a table, sitting down as fast as we could before Janice, Monica and I started voicing out our congratulations for Whittier and the news she shared with us.

"You two aren't bummed, are you?" Whittier questioned as Monica and I glanced at each other.

I snorted, "Definitely not. Head cheerleader is not my thing." Monica pointed her fork in my direction with a nod before adding, "Yeah I'm not. I don't want to be head cheerleader either. And plus, I'm just flossing my moves until I make it as a dancer on J.Lo's next tour." Janice and I laughed at her statement but Whittier's tone with her next words implied that she didn't find it humorous.

"I've been meaning to talk to you about that."

"What?" Monica asked.

"Tina made a lot of sense in practice the other day. There is a big difference between individual dance moves and..." Whittier pulled a face when she saw the hot dog Monica was about to eat, "Oh my gosh!"

Janice glanced around freaked out and confused, "What?!"

"There's over 680 calories in that. Not to mention 35 grams of saturated fat."

"That must've been a real special talk you had with Tina back there." I said in defense. Monica was the only one being called out on at practice, but she didn't need Whittier to continue the torment.

Monica smiled at me appreciatively before turning her head to look at Whittier, "Yeah, too bad that your Jedi mind tricks couldn't fend off the dark side of the force."

"Monica, if you want to be the bomb diggity, you have got to act like the bomb diggity, and Tina is the bomb diggity!"

Janice, Monica and I all looked at each other with looks as if we were weirded out by this entire conversation before Monica spoke towards us, "Did she just say "bomb diggity" three times in one sentence?" Janice nodded quickly causing me to put a hand on her arm for her to stop. Monica shrugged at Whittier before taking a bite out of her hot dog while giving Whittier a teasing grin.

"You might want to tell Tina to try harder than that Whitt." I said causing the two to laugh just as Whittier put her face in her hands letting out a displeased groan.
