•Chapter 9•

~ring ring ring~
my alarm went off at 10:00. check out at this hotel is 11 so we have to get up pretty early. I look over to the bed beside me and Trigger is cuddled up with Koe. I get up and grab an outfit from my little bag. a pair of gray nike sweats and a white crop top. then I head to the shower.

Koes Pov~
I heard Sutton get up and head to the shower. I check through my instagram comments on my recent post.

some of the comments were really negative but some were sweet. others made me weirded out but hey that's the life of a singer. I hear the water turn off and put my phone down to wait for my blonde haired friend. Trigger lifted his head up from my arm. I wonder when he came to lay with me. the door to the bathroom opened and out came Sutton. "all yours" she smiled.

I got up and walked over to my bag, grabbing a pair of shorts and a hoodie. I rushed in the shower since it's almost time to check out and hurried getting dressed.

Suttons pov~
we rushed checking out since someone,Koe, took forever getting ready.

"breakfast?" koe asked as he held the door open to the hotel.

"i suppose" i smiled at my friend. that's nice saying friend. Reiner didn't let me have many of them. actually I he didn't let me have any.

waffle house. the most American breakfast place ever. and Reiners favorite place. especially this certain one. he hooks up with the cashier. and of course as soon as we walked in he was there talking to her. but this time with a big black eye and a crooked nose.

Koe walked me over to a table, holding on to my back the whole way. "should we take this to go?" he asked me.

"no no it's fine" i quickly said. I don't like it when people get upset with me. or have to change stuff just to fit my preferences.

"no i have a great place we can go to eat. plus the dogs are in the truck so this will just be better anyways" his smile could light up any room.

we ordered our food to go and Koe insisted on paying. and opening my door. one thing i've realized about Koe is that he's a ladies man. he knows how to treat one.

I followed Koe to a little field type thing. it was gorgeous. I parked my truck and climbed out to go over to Koes. he climbed out of the truck and walked to the bed. "I thought we were eating in the truck?" I asked.

"no we're eating right here" he said, laying down a blanket. I opened the door for the dogs and grabbed their food to pour in their bowl.

I climbed into the bed with Koe and handed him his food. we began eating and Koe looked at me. "you have something right there" he said pointing at my face.

"where?" i asked. Koe reached over to my face and wiped it off. I stared into his brown eyes and he looked at my lips? i think? i don't know anymore.

suddenly he......
