ONCE UPON A TIME
I wished upon a star that seemed rather far
to find someone who will embrace all my scars,
a man who holds my hand even when it's dark—
golden dust in a graveyard is what you are.You guided me to the best side of reality
without fictional expectations I once fancied.
Your silhouette became the ink to my poetry—
a true friend and honest lover the star granted me.
