Chapter 7

Eat, Sleep, Breathe, Believe :)

We all know that a healthy body is the first step to healthy and pleasing personality.

I can assure you I always avoid people who are frequently complaining about their ill health.

Well since I am a nice person, I do lend them an ear, offer sympathies and few remedies too which they seldom accept but honestly I try to keep an arms length from them.

They bring in too much negativity and I do love them because when they talk about their illness they give vibrations to the negative health and it hikes so to keep them safe I try and avoid discussions of sickness and ill health to them but in a very polite and interesting way.

So my main aim in the chapter is to convince you that healthy body is healthy mind and therefore healthy and attractive personality.

I am sure there are plenty of my sweetest readers who'd contradict to my policy...

Trust me I have come across people who have objected the course.

Why would we attract illness?

How can we control our health, its destiny?

Its rubbish, health and healthy living, live life king-size...

But I have a separate argument and I would honestly admit that this chapter is inspired, derived and is an extension of Walad Wattles "Science of good health"

So in short this chapter is a short summary of the entire book.

EAT: I would not ask you to starve and diet if you are fat nor would I advice you to gulp loads of calories if you are too slim or lanky.

"Earn your food" as quoted directly from the book.

He intends to say you need to work to feel hungry and EAT only if you are hungry.

Eat till your hunger is satisfied with an add on condition that you would stop once your hunger is swapped by your appetite

Do's on How to eat

1. Eat only when you are hungry

2. Enjoy your food

3. Pass an un audible word of gratitude with every bite you intake

4. Eat slowly taking your own time, never be in a rush to finish your meal

5. Have uninterrupted meals without an emergency call or meeting.

6. Stop once you are full.

Don'ts

1. Don't eat because you should eat or its time for your meal.

2. Don't get carried away by your taste buds, there is no way to satisfy them.

3. Don't be in a hurry to finish your meal

4. Never curse what you are eating instead offer gratitude every time you start eating your meal.

Sleep

A small FACT about me, I used to sleep like a baby before I had my own babyJ

I remember the night my little one was born, I was extremely tired and exhausted with the labor pains and even sedated for recovery but still I used get at even a small noise be it a small oooaaw by my baby or the click of the conditioning compressor.

I was worried for the baby. I thought she would wake up mid of the night and would need my feed, and therefore I was worried or STRESSED in capital letters.
