"Please tell me you are kidding, Ao'nung," Mi'reya whispered quietly as she processed what he told her, pinching her temple in annoyance.

Ao'nung winced at her words, knowing full-on well he wasn't joking. "Well," he drawled out nervously. "It can always be a joke, but."

"Oh, my Eywa, have mercy on me," Mi'reya cried out. She looked fed up with Ao'nung and prayed in her head everything would be alright. "Get up; we are going to JakeSully; we have to tell him about this."

"I know, I know," Ao'nung sighed before he was suddenly pulled up by Mi'reya, who sent him a look that made him cower. "Alright! I'm coming!"

Ao'nung quickly followed Mi'reya into the water, not wanting to make her angrier. Their friendship was getting back on track, and they spent more time together each day. However, they were keeping it quiet in case something were to happen.

The trip to JakeSully's Muri was short, night now coating the sky. Mi'reya pulled Ao'nung by his wrist to the entrance of the Muri, only to her surprise, she was met with a worried Neteyam.

"Hi, Neteyam. Is Lo'ak or your father here?" Mi'reya questioned, peering over his shoulder in search of the boy.

"No, I mean dad is here, he's talking to Kiri; but Lo'ak has been gone all day, and we're getting worried," Neteyam mumbled, his mind obviously busy from the constant worry he held for his younger siblings, especially his brother who had a tendency to get into trouble often.

Mi'reya turned to Ao'nung, sending him a look saying that he had to tell Neteyam. Mi'reya knew Ao'nung screwed up, and she knew the sooner he told Neteyam and JakeSully, the sooner Lo'ak would be found, hopefully alive.

Well, it was easy to say that Neteyam wasn't happy with what Ao'nung told him, pulling the boy to their father and beckoning him to explain.

JakeSully had his family search for Lo'ak while Ao'nung Tsireya and Mi'reya waited at the Muri along with the Olo'eyktan and Tsahik, who looked like they were about to kill Ao'nung.

"What was in your mind, my son?" Ronal hissed as the boy bowed his head in shame. "Bringing the foreigner's son out of the reef. We do not need any more problems with Toruk Makto and his family."

"I know, I'm sorry, mother," Ao'nung sighed under his nose, knowing better than to tell them the actual reason he took Lo'ak out of the reef, knowing it would get him into bigger trouble.

"Gah, must you act this way!" she groaned, throwing her arms in the air. "You are to be the next Olo'eyktan, and our clan does not need this childish behavior! You are lucky that you had confessed to Toruk Makto of your sins, at least you carry the shame."

Tsireya and Mi'reya shared looks, both uncomfortable with the lecture Ronal was giving Ao'nung. Tsireya however was deeply worried for Lo'ak, having taken an interest in the boy only for her brother to most likely send him on a death sentence.

"We can only pray to Eywa the boy will be found safe," Tonowari mumbled, holding his head to stop the ongoing ache he had from the trouble his son constantly got into.

"At least Mi'reya had some brains to take you here; had we found out any other way, you would have your head on a spear," Ronal hissed, slapping her son's head, making him groan in pain.

Mi'reya stood up, looking over at the flying skimwings, and realized that there was still no trace of the boy. She bit her lip, nearly making blood fall as she fidgeted with her hands in worry. She looked over to Ao'nung, and he shrugged his shoulders. Mi'reya could see clear as day that he knew he messed up, and she prayed that everything would be alright.
