A/N: Hello! The last year was a mess for me and I lost interest in a lot of things that used to bring happiness to me because of my mental illness but I'm slowly returning and trying to change my ways. With that comes more heartache and joy for all of you.

I reread the story and let me tell you it had me gasping at some of the things when I forgot I was the one to write this story. After rereading it I have realized that I still have plenty of ideas for this story and I am hopefully going to continue writing this! Now on to the story that you have waited for so long.

Y/N HALE'S POV

-

We came back to the Manor after we left Hogwarts. Draco was obviously ruined by what had happened. Hogwarts to him was probably his only way out of this hell hole he was in now.

Although I knew Draco felt that way I was glad Hogwarts was ruined, It made me believe in something I knew I could never avoid. It gave me hope for an unrealistic future and it made me meet Draco...

He and I will never be, not ever again, not even if I still love him. He changed the way I thought of things and was the reason that caused me to get the mark. It was not his fault but mine, for leaving my heart on my sleeve and risking everything for one person. I did not think before I did anything when it came to him, and now he's in this too even after I tried to prevent it.

This was never going to be a fair game, and he caused me to forget that all of them did. Harry, especially made me think I could be good, and I could help them defeat Voldermort but now I know for a certain it was all lies.

I no longer will associate with them, I will do what I am asked, and I will hurt people even if I know I do not want to.  If that's the only way to get out of this alive I'll do anything.

We walked toward the dining table where Voldemort was waiting on our arrival.

"The deed is done," Professor Snape said.

"The girl didn't do it" Bellatrix yelled.

The dark lord looked my way and I only looked back.

"You failed me, we'll get that fixed right away, make sure you learn your lesson," He said.

"You are not good Y/N Hale, you never have been, know your place is here not with the weak," he said.

"I apologize, my lord, I will do better, I will do what I was meant to do, I know now this is where I was always destined to be," I said.

"Make sure that does not change, Bellatrix, take her to the other room and make sure she learns her actions have consequences," he said.

"What are you going to do to her," I heard Draco say.

I was pushed out of the room by her and taken to another room.

"CRUCIO!" Bellatrix yelled.

I tried to keep myself from falling but I could not hold it in any longer. Every part of my body felt as if the muscle was tearing off of my bones. My skin felt as though it were on fire and I could no longer breathe correctly.

The feeling went on for a short while but seemed like an eternity. I was let go and weakly made my way to my room. Once inside I found Draco pacing back and forth.

"Finally, Merlin's sake I wasn't sure where you went all I knew was you were in danger, my ring wouldn't stop bloody burning," he said.

"Get out," I said.
