Nicks pov:

I can't believe he doesn't remember me...

I mean he really doesn't remember me I feel so defeated I just really hope I can get him to remember me, all those memories just...gone

Today Charlie is getting discharged from the hospital and i am gonna take him home "hi" I say as I sit down next to him "hi"he says back and smiles at me "i get to take you home today"i say and smile at him "oh that's amazing"he says and sits up excitedly "yeah and-and maybe I can help you get some of your memories back"i say and take his hand in my mine he looks at me and there's a moment of silence as we just stare at each other I  pull my hand away "sorry sorry I know the doctor said take it slow but I'm just used to doing that"I say and look down

"hey no it's ok it's just gonna take sometime for me to get use to you know until I get my memories back"he says I look back up at him and the doctor walks in "alright charlie you all good to go now"she says and walk up to us "ok then thank you so much"Charlie says "well it's kinda our job so no need to thank us"she laughs Charlie giggles an adorable charlie giggle,which made me melt "ok then"she says and leaves the room,Charlie looks over at me,I grab my bag and place it on the bed "i uh got you some clothes"i say he looks at me and smiles widely "aw you're so sweet thank you Nick"he says smiling "well that's what boyfriends are for"i say and smile at him "yeah I guess they are"he says and giggles.

Time skip

Nicks pov:

Charlie finishes getting ready and we sign out.we get in the car and start to drive,it was a very quiet ride home,I didn't like it....

Charlie's pov:

I felt really really bad about not being able to remember him I mean I really wanted to but I just couldn't.

we pull up to an apartment he parks the car "well we're here "he says nervously.I look over at him and we sorta just sit there in silence "Hey umm...I'm sorry I can't remember anything"I say moving myself to face towards him "yeah....we'll get there"he says and gives me a lopsided smile.I feel my face get slightly hot I do not know how I got this lucky.

Nicks pov:

We get out of the car and walk into the apartment.I walk into our room and put Charlie's bags on the bed I let out a sigh as I sit on the edge of the bed.

Charlie's pov:
Nick walks into what I'm guessing is our room I walk the other way just to go and explore it was a lovely apartment.we had a nice sized kitchen and a small living room a couch a coffee table and a tv we had a bathroom.it was like a dream I never thought I was gonna end up here so lucky...

I just wish I could remember it all it probably would have been amazing I just hope I can get my memories back I walk into the bedroom.to see Nick with his face in his hands siting on the edge of the bed "hey.."I say quietly he looks up at me tears in his eyes.I sit down next to and pull him in for a hug "hey everything's gonna be ok"I say and rub his back as he starts to sob my heart ached for him we sat like that for a little

*Memory*

Nick and I sat on his bed it had been a hard day for him and his job and I think it was just to stress fully he was sobbing his heart out I felt so bad for him I wish I could just take all his stress away

"shhh it's ok baby everything's gonna be ok"I say and softly pet his hair.we sit like that for a little until nicks calmed down.he lifts his head from my shoulder and looks at me.his eyes are all puffy and red

"aw nick I promise everything's gonna be ok are sure you want to leave this job?"i ask.he nods his head."ok"i say and kiss his forehead and brush his hair out of his face "I love you"i say and press our foreheads together"I love you more"he says and closes the gap between us so our lips connect into a softly loving kiss.
