23. Overcoming fears

3 months later

It's been a chaotic week for imlie she saw posts on social media of malini didi with her boyfriend....she couldn't help feeling guilty because malini trusted her with her feelings and she felt that she betrayed her

They had gotten close within 3 months and she had been Like a big sister helping her out even when she struggled with office work. But now she hasn't shown up from the past week 

She tried asking aryan if he did it but got no answer.  Aryan wouldn't have right? That too after this long 

Aryan and imlie had built up a silent understanding with each other.  Whenever he came to bhaskar times he would spend time with her and ehaan personally teaching them also getting jealous of imlie's closeness somewhere deep inside 

As for imlie she got a lot close to Ehaan as he helped her in college being a senior and she helped him in setting him up with her mentor 

Preeta had been very supportive towards her forcefully feeding her whenever she got too engrossed in work

She wasn't still talking to her mother but Aryan told her that he was in touch with her just to assure her amma she was doing well

Arpi didi was excited for her child who had started kicking.  Imlie spent some Sundays with them too 

As for aryan he kept distance from di's kid not even touching or feeling it once which annoyed imlie the most

She was finally adjusted into her new life in town accepting all her relationships specially one with her akadbagga. Who was still akdu but they were friends now..or atleast from her side..

Whenever she had claimed to be friends aryan denied it with his grim expression saying "hum dost nahi h" huh he could keep on lying but his actions contradicted with his statements 

He'd done so many things with her...Sharing a somewhat comfortable bond. Imlie was no longer afraid of him and could speak her heart and aryan was no longer that cold to her

Somewhere she had hopes that one day in future...she'll be able to take all his pains giving aryan all the happiness he deserves.

It was almost 11pm , returning from office imlie went to library to take some books for her upcoming assignment that's when she felt someone behind her

With shaking hands she quickly pressed the emergency button on her phone hoping if something went wrong aryan would be here

She felt a strong hand over her mouth 

"Tune jo panga liya h wo tujhe bhari padega beta" an unknown voice spoke to her  as her phone fell down

She bites him hard so he moves his hand from her mouth 

"Bachaooo humka !!"

"Chilla lo, par yaha koi nahi h..aur koi nahi aayega" 

"Tum..tum kon ho.." 

"Mai kon hu usse farak nahi padta...par tum jo bhi thi..ab nahi rahogi"

"Dekho humka chod do ! Humne kya kiya h?!"

"Tumhe saza milegi..dheere dheere karke..tab tak milegi jab tak tum bacho na"

"Tum...tum chodo humka" she says struggling but the man's grip was very tight 

"Chod hi raha hu..ye seedhi dekh rahi ho...yaha se ek ek karke neeche jaogi..aur jab tak subha koi yaha aayega khoon beh beh ke tum mar chuki hogi..aur logo ko lagega ki tum khudse neeche gir gai aur unhoni ki wajha se maut ho gai.."He before pushing her forcefully down the stairs
