Home girl

It was now just the end of 4th period and it was lunch time and I was starving.
I get my food that looked like meatloaf so there goes my appetite. As I was walking I see that Caleb guy from earlier pull out a chair from a table that had Erica, mico and some other people that I don't know of.
I figured he wanted me to take a seat and so I carefully but hesitantly sit. As I hear from behind me all of these jock foot ball player saying my name is conversation and hearing the word "smash" that makes me wanna gag.
Erica noticed and looks at me "just ignore them there dicks anyways" she says then to continue eating her apple.

A girl with glasses and hair in a ponytail at the table sees me not eating this gross meatloaf. "Here have this" she says tossing a bag of sun chips towards me.
"Thanks" I say with a friendly smile.
"Im Lisa."
"Maybel"
"I know" she replies
Then I hear Erica and Lisa go off about how they think there picture day photo went out.
And I catch a group of people out of the corner of my eye walking towards a table with no food in there hand. They looked intimidating. and I was interested.
"Who are they?"
I say cutting there conversation off
"The kylans"
Lisa said like she was used to this conversation.
Erica cuts in "well not really they all technically moved into the same house together and were so close they "apparently" changed there last names the same" she says like it was true

"That's just a rumor Erica"
"Well I don't know some off them are dating it's weird." She says stiff
Erica eyes towards a confident red head girl holding hands with a tall blonde guy.
"The red head that's rosy, and the other big guy is Elliot. And they are together."
She then moved on to the shorter and interesting looking couple coming behind them.
"The shorter hair girl is Jane and she and the other boy, Leo and they are a weird couple."

I then spot a gorgeous brunette tall boy who walks like he owns the school in a hot way and I couldn't take my eyes off of him. I wanted to know everything about him.
"Who's he" I say quickly
Erica smirks when looking at him
"That's James kylans, totally hot, every girl tries to hit on him, but he doesn't budge."
I tilt my head looking at him
We then lock eyes
Those eyes.

They were almost so brown they were black.
I couldn't look away.
After 5 seconds he looks away i then get disappointed and turn back to my food. Not being able to get him of my mind

I was walking with miko to class and when we were talking I could tell he had a little crush on me but I didn't mind it just wouldn't ever happen.

We head into class and I spot him.
We locked eyes again and he looked at me up and down.
I want pay back so I look away first towards the teacher so he could show me my assigned seat. And with luck it was of course with James. He could hear his name knowing mine and the teachers conversation. As I walked towards the seat he then moved his seat a bit away from me and I sat down. Did I smell or some shit?

During the teacher talking i could feel his eyes on me that sent shivers up my spine. But I never once made the eye contact back.

The bell ring and he was the first to get up and leave.
What was his problem?
