Alev POV
The water surrounded me my eyes wandering the water looking for my friends as they kept themselves below the water with their hands over their mouths as their eyes looked up at our fathers who we thought would be there but to our surprise they weren't?
We stuck our hands out of the water gasping for air as balloons met salt water as we swim to shore getting out at first side of land.
As we sat down on the shore of the water in front of us we let our body relax making us feel everything around us.
The air was cold, the trees were bigger, rain was sprinkling, wait... rain? It wasn't raining before, so what's up with the sudden change of weather?
" Is it just me or did everything around us change?" Sarah asked as she got up from the ground me and Lucas doing the same as we looked around us.
" Nope it's not just you, everything changed." Lucas replied looking all around us mostly at the land that was almost foreign to us.
The air was cold but calming, the sky was no longer a pitch black it was now at an ombre of all types of gray, rain was still sprinkling unlike a couple of minutes ago when up on the waterfall.
I looked in aww everything and so did Sarah and Lucas but was interrupted by Sarah who looked worried.
" Wait does everyone have their bags?" She asked as she looked around her and so did we my backpack was still on my back but Lucas is bad was on a rock while Sarah's was buried in the waves of the water.
" Well we all have them but there a little wet." Lucas said jokingly as we laughed at the joke but as I did so a wave of pain hit me making me groan and pain.
" Damn it." I said as the effects of the saltwater came into play as I fell down in pain.
" Alev! You ok? What's wrong?" Lucas asked as he lived over to me lifting up my head as Sarah hovered over us.
" My body hurts everywhere." I told him as he nodded his head and understandably as Sarah and him sat down opening all of our backpacks.
" Well I have pain meds and medical supplies, you?" Sarah asked Lucas who pulled out bandages and such as I sat up going through my own pulling out pain meds, a walking stick, and medical supplies.
" Well we can patch up ourselves with this for now and then we can start exploring." I said as they nodded in agreement as we began to patch ourselves up.
I stood up with my walking stick while Sarah and Lucas had actual sticks which were very lucky finds according to Lucas.
" Shall we get going?" Lucas asked as we nodded as we began our exploring into the unknown forest.
