𝙢𝙞 𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙯𝙤𝙣

alex was busy tonight, he was at Juansguarnizo's house for a stream. that meant y/n had to take care of their 7-month-old son, Manolo (manny) tonight. y/n looked down and saw manny staring at her, before she could kiss his head he started crying. "ay dios," y/n mumbled. she held manny close to her chest and started to walk to his nursery, it was painted baby blue, and it had flags of Mexico and y/n's home country. it had tons of Mexican streamers (the party item not the ppl lol). as y/n grabbed Manolos pacifier to maybe calm him down he started screaming, and he got cut from y/n's necklace. the necklace was from Alex, it was a small cross that on the back said través del llanto, gritos, besos, estamos destinados a estar juntos. y/n sighed as she saw Manolo's hand bleeding, she ran to the cabinet and got a bandaid for him. as she was trying to put it on Manolo said "veso!" y/n grinned at him, she put on the bandaid and kissed his finger. "bien?" she asked as she kissed his head. "si!" he said grinning. y/n looked at the clock on the oven 19:32, "this is going to be a long night" she sighed.

3 hours later, y/n had fed, and bathed manny. now even when he was in his towel he was 10X more hyper. all he would do is babble, talk, and stare at his mother. "your lucky your so cute," y/n cooed. a buzz was heard from her phone, and all hell broke loose (again). manny was offended that he was interrupted by his time with his mom. he started throwing a tantrum. y/n grabbed her phone and smiled at a text from Alex

no, manny just got out of the bath and is so hyper :(

after y/n sent the picture, Manolo calmed down a little but was just crying now due to how tired he was. she decided to hold him and sit next to his crib, and she picked up one of his toys. Dumbo! that was it! she just needed to sing him his favorite song and he would fall asleep! y/n grabbed her phone and played the song instrumentally, she knew the lyrics by heart bc Alex used to sing it to her when she had morning sickness or just in general a lot when she was pregnant. 

she started to sing, 

Hijo del corazón deja ya de llorar, junto a ti yo voy a estar y nunca más te han de hacer mal.

she looked back at Manolo and his eyes were becoming heavy and he started to yawn,

Tus ojitos de luz el llanto no ha de nublar...

she could hear his breathing slow down, as she was about to put him in his crib but she heard a voice coming towards her saying

Ven aquí, mi dulce amor, nadie nos ha de separar. 

she put Manolo down, ran out, and followed the voice

Hijo mío, mi amor, no me importa el sufrir, como un sol tú me das luz y das calor a mi vivir.

she walked to the patio and saw Alex, sitting in one of the wooden chairs. he looked tired but managed to make a smile

Ven mi amor, ven mi amor.

y/n came running to him, and he almost fell over. "you really missed me, huh?" Alex chuckled, "yeah, I guess since your son is so crazy." y/n grinned. "our son," he corrected her. she nodded, and soon a few tears started to escape her eyes. "por que lloras?" Alex asked as he lifted her chin. "I just love you, and I'm so grateful for you and manny." she said as she got closer to him. he put his hand on her thigh, "how about you show me how grateful you are?" Alex grinned. y/n slapped his arm, "Alex I spent 5 hours trying to put Manolo to sleep and you think I'm willing to ruin that?" she asked offended. "carino, that's not what I meant. I meant I would take a shower and we could cuddle." Alex said laughing as y/n's face went red. "ay cono!" she groaned

Alex went to take a shower, once he got out y/n was waiting on their bed with some chocolate and popcorn. Alex grabbed the remote and turned on breaking bad, though they planned on watching it they were caught up in each other's presence like a couple of teenagers, like from when they first had a crush on each other.

they couldn't watch breaking bad bc Manolo woke up a few hours later </3

so then they decided to have manny join the sleepover <3
