Chapter 21

Elena rushed to the tomb with tears falling from her eyes as she heard the news of Stefan being trapped in the tomb with Katherine. Damon rushed with her worried about his daughter but as soon as she looked in the tomb she only saw darkness. Stefan sat inside with Katherine and Tori, silently listening to Elena's worried voice.

"Stefan! Stefan!" Elena yelled out but Stefan stayed hidden, he didn't want to look at the heartbreak and pain in Elena's face

Elena, not being able to see Damon rushed to run into the cave but Damon sped to her and pinned her to the wall "Don't you dare!" Damon warned

"Stefan's in there, Damon! How could you let this happen?" Elena told Damon

Stefan sat inside listening to Damon argue with Elena. "Wow, Ria, she didn't even mention about you being stuck inside too. You really want to save that ungrateful girl?" Katherine told Tori who rolled her eyes

"Funny coming from you, don't you think?" Tori replied back as she waited for Elena to leave. Stefan begged her to stay hidden with him because Elena would not leave and get hurt in the process.

Katherine stood watching her former love pace around, while his niece lay on the ground waiting for Elena to leave.

"So, Ria. Since you are stuck here with us, you can be our food source. I would really not want to desiccate," Katherine told Tori trying to rile the girl up but instead she was ignored by the witch who covered her eyes pretending to sleep.

Stefan, hearing the comment from Kathrine's mouth reacted different suddenly Katherine was chocked "You touch one hair on Tori's head and I will rip you apart, it won't matter if you have your strength back," Stefan warned the vampire who was surprised by Stefan's reaction

"Uncle Stefan, relax! She can't come two feet near me. I figured that it was only a matter of time before she tried to do something like that," Tori told Stefan as she stood up and dusted herself

"Watch!" She said as she walked towards Katherine. Stefan let go of Katherine and stood back but ready to intervene incase anything happened.

Tori walked confidently towards Katherine who looked a little worried. As soon and Tori was three feet close to Katherine, Katherine buckled in pain as she felt her insides burn like her blood had turned acid.

"AHHH! Stop it!" Katherine yelled. Stefan looked in shock as Katherine continued to yell but as soon as Tori took a step back Katherine's pain faded

"How did it feel Kat?" Tori asked

"I am gonna kill you!" Kathrine panted in pain

"You did try, but failed. That pain you felt Kat, was the same pain you inflicted on me when you stabbed me with the nightshade knife. I thought it it was only fair. Katherine looked at the witch with anger. She rushed towards the witch only to fall back in pain before she could grab Tori.

"Really, you thought that would work? How you escaped whoever you are running from will be a mystery to me. Now, we are stuck here together. The least you can do is behave. Maybe if your are nice enough I might consider giving you a blood donation. Do we understand each other?" Tori asked

"Yes," Katherine reluctantly agreed. Stefan stood in worry and awe at his niece.

"Tori, are you okay?" Stefan asked

"I am great, now shall we see Damon. Since Elena is gone," Tori said as she walked towards the entrance

"Stefan, it's just me." Damon told his brother once Elena left. Stefan, Tori and Katherine walked to the entrance, Katherine keeping her distance from Tori with the fear of feeling the pain of having her inside burn.
