The Song Residence

"DADDDDD!" Yeji calls

"Yes sweet- oh," Her father walks out of his room happily wanting to greet his daughter but stops when he sees a boy

"Oh, is this another one of your clients?" Her father asked

"Nope, he is a partner for a project," She said

"Ooh alright, well then, you can help yourselves with some snacks, I'm going to work and be back in 3 days," He pats Yunho's shoulder

"Wait!" Yunho stops him

He clears his throat "Sorry, we actually wanted to write our report on you," He said

"What?" Her father questioned

"It's about who we admire," Yeji said

"We?" Her dad cries and hugs the two

"Dad!" Yeji whines

"Ooh oh! ehrm sorry you guys I can't, I have to leave now, if you want you can ask my wife and Yeji you are my daughter you should know what to write," He ruffles her hair

"Okay, goodbye," Yunho bows

Her father then takes his leave

"Why does your father have to leave for 3 days?" Yunho asked

"My dad's a flight attendant, he always leaves and comes back at weird timings but it's normal for us, he always buys us stuff from where he goes," She said

"Speaking of which, do you want anything?" Yeji asked

"Thai tea? Japanese candy? American chocolate? We have it," He shakes his head

"Is your dad who you truly admire?" Yunho asked

"Yes, of course, he makes time for me even though he comes home late and tired."

"Because of him and my mom, I live comfortably, I do admire him," She then notices a mic near her lips

She moves it away and looks at Yunho confused

"Sorry, I was too lazy to type out so I used the text-to-speech thing."

"Pfft," She laughs

"Your dad, do you know how he did his cupid stuff?" Yunho asked

"My dad had a big file of names, likes and dislikes of everyone on campus, from senior to freshmen he had it all," Yeji said

"I followed what he did by using my Apple Watch and iPad, which made it easier to matchmake my clients," She shows him

"I don't know how my dad didn't become a lawyer or therapist 'cause he has receipts but him being a steward and travelling a lot makes him happy."

"I don't ask him to buy but sometimes he just buys things my client's crushes would like so I'll give it to them," She said

"Food is a way to a woman's heart."

Yeji notices Yunho was noting down what she said

"Why are you noting this down?" She asked

"To expose you," Yunho said, still concentrated on typing

"Do it, everyone knows it and I'm no scammer my mom tried doing that to my dad but he's the real deal here okay?"

"What does your mom work as?" Yunho asked

"A dentist and this is about my dad not my mom."

"Your parents are rich, your dad is friends with the head director of KQ, and I think you have a secret room on campus."

She sarcastically gasps "How do you know that? My cover has been blown."

"No one wanted to trust me until I succeeded in matchmaking Sana with Mingyu, I had zero experience in dating but I had to work with what I had," Yeji said

"I looked through Instagram, forced myself to make friends, become an extrovert in school, be confident even when I knew I wasn't, listening to everyone's problems and suck it up."

"What must I do for me to prove myself to you?" Yeji questioned

"Have you ever been in a relationship before?" Yunho asked

"No... Why?"

"Set up yourself a date, how can a matchmaker be so successful if you never had a relationship before?" He laughs

"So you want me to have a relationship with someone?!"

"You have their information and also it's yourself," He said

"But I don't have a crush on anyone here."

He shrugs "Then... date the impossible, who in this school never had a crush on anyone or never asked you for help?"

She thinks

"... you," She said in her head

The Next Day

Yunho walks to campus and sees Yeji greeting her fellow schoolmates.

He watches Yeji as she greets one more person. Once they walked away he sees Yeji sighing in relief.

He runs to her "Hey." He greets

"Sorry I have someone to meet, let's go to my house to talk about our project, what time do you end?" Yeji asked

"4"

"4.30 it is then, see you!" She then starts running

Yunho looks at her as she makes a run for it. She turns on her phone "Park Jeong-woo, A Libra, loves singing, best friends with Haruto and like Jiwon aka Liz," She reads out 

Yunho continues to run after her

"Wait Yeji!" He shouts, damn that girl is fast

She turns around and her strawberry blond hair moved along with the wind. A piece of hair got in the way of her sight. She moves it away, her vision clearer as she makes contact with Yunho.

"Wow," He laughs but was also in awe

"You never told me who," Yunho shouts

"Who what?" She questioned 

"Date the impossible I say," Yunho said

... Should I tell him? I mean no one likes him from what I know and he likes no one.

"Oh... I can't tell you that," Yeji said loudly

"Why not?"

"They are my clients, I can't tell you, you'll spread rumours," She said

"I won't!"

"It applies to all my clients and if you haven't noticed, news spread like wildfire, I hide my clients 'cause who would want anyone to know who you like?" She said
