Naina gets startled when her phone rings, it was Mukund calling. She was stunned, but pretended to be ignorant of finding her missing pocket knife in Mukund's drawer.
Naina trying to break out of her nervousness "H...Hello!"
Mukund in a bitter tone "Where are you? You told me an hour ago that you will be coming to the hospital? I need that bill so I can let Mohnish go back to the office for some important work.... Can you rush?"
"I.... I will be... there shortly ...." Naina hangs up the phone
Naina wanted to keep the information about the pocket knife to herself, while she tried to find out a little more about Sabian from Ravi. First she rushes to the hospital, where Mukund was waiting for her eagerly. Mukund snobbishly snatches the hospital bill from her and walks away with Mohnish.
An hour passes by, but Naina does not see Mukund or Mohnish, she calls Ravi and requests him to meet her at Dorsi Cafe instead of the police station to keep their meeting a secret.
At the cafe, keeping her volume very low, Naina asked if there was any news about Sabian Berri? Ravi explains to her how he called his contact at the News Channel and confirmed that there is no such person working on any active duty. There was something fishy about Sabian, was he working for someone? Was he on his own? No one was sure.
Syed added "I have a feeling he disguised himself... he probably was wearing a wig and maybe his beard was not real either. And if it's true at all..... it will be very hard to track him....."
Naina had a concerned look "Both times I met him, I learnt that he was wearing a hat and dark sunglasses... First time I was not able to see him... and the second time he grabbed me from behind so I could not pick up on any visual clues.... Either way whatever the desk attendant told me, it now seems clear that he tried to hide his identity by wearing accessories like a hat and sunglasses ...."
Ravi & Syed were hoping Sabian will reach out to Naina one more time, which will give them an opportunity to track him down.
Next Day
Laila was ready to execute her plan. Both Tauqeef and Usmaan get nervous hearing that, but Laila seemed like she had made up her mind and was in no way going to pull out of it. She walks into her room and a few minutes later, walks out in an arousing outfit.
