Chapter 15: Nothing but Chaos - The Conclusion

Mohnish rushes out of the hotel in a panic. He knew things were going to get difficult for him and it would be very hard for him to get a clean chit. There was a crowd gathered, chaos everywhere. Police were at the scene in just a few minutes. Investigators and forensic experts had started to do their job. Ravi and his team start to question the hotel staff for more details.

Naina, unable to hold back her curiosity, heads to Mukund and pulls out the pocket knife from his drawer, the one that went missing when she was knocked unconscious by Sabian. She lays the knife in front of him. Mukund looks at her in confusion "What? .. And what exactly am I supposed to do with this? Cut veggies????... "

"Don't be crude....I... I was just curious... So...  I am asking as I have never seen this pocket knife in your drawer before"

"Naina!!! .... I am noticing you.... Last few days you have been acting way too presumptuous ... If that old man was not in the hospital.. I would have fixed your attitude...."

Naina realizing Mukund does not know anything about the knife pulls back her aggressive tone "Just answer my question.. Will you? Why can't you be straight just for once in your life.... "

"Hell with you.... I have no idea... I found it in my briefcase a few days ago... I have no idea how it got there.. Now happpyyyyyy???? Just get lost before I lose my temper..... Just leaveee"

Ravi was talking to the cleaning crew when Syed came running to him "Sir!!! ..Sir! Please come... please... you have to see something... this... no just see it for yourself ...." Syed uncovers Laila's hand; in her hand was a business card, none other than 'Sabian Berri'. Syed further uncovers Laila's belly, they see her belly was being abused by someone. They both look at each other, not able to process the situation.

Mukund and Naina hearing the news of Laila, reach the crime scene. Mukund sees Laila's body and could not handle himself as he smashes the table and walks away in disgust. Naina remains at the scene as Syed explains to her what they discovered. Looking at the CCTV footage, she was able to spot Sabian walking out of the hotel. Tracing it back to where his room was, they saw him come out of Room-1134, going back they saw Laila being pulled inside, and finally they saw Mohnish Mathur, Mukund's PA. Naina lost her pulse at that moment, Ravi and Syed were puzzled too. It was all clear what was going on all this time. Mohnish was the person behind Naina's blackmail.

Syed informs "Sir! I had asked our digital team to gather more information... Mohnish worked at the News Channel before joining Mukund... his real name is Sabian Berri.. An identity he gave up, when he became Mohnish Mathur... we also found out that he had lost his reporter's job due to Mukund Sachdeva... so he had joined Mukund as PA to take revenge..... No wonder he was going after Naina... .. I.. I am sure we will get more information soon.... "

Naina holding her breath "Tauqeef got what he deserved for his bad deeds... he lost his sister in a tragic death... As for Sabian... is it possible to pursue him based on whatever he did to Laila... as I still don't want to file a case against him for blackmailing me.... There are so many more things that will be uncovered... but I have lost interest in all of this now.... I leave this in your capable hands... you can call me whenever you have any questions.... " as Naina walks out of the hotel with a valiant look on her face.

Two Weeks Later

World was saddened by the passing away of Girdhari Sachdeva. It has been a few days now, a board meeting was called by the members. Surprisingly, Advocate Bansal had personally asked Naina to attend the meeting as a witness.

Standing in front of the mirror getting dressed, Naina notices her belly and admires her navel for a minute. She understood there are many things in the world that could make it worth living for, but her navel was one of the reasons why her life was turned upside down. She kept on staring at herself as she was realizing what her navel is worth.

Even though her navel was exploited way too many times, she had no feelings of revenge about any of it. Instead, she was ready to exploit the world if she gets into any such situation again. Walking out of the house, she stares at Nandu, as he stood there with his head down knowing about what had happened and how the police were at Naina's disposal. Naina was prepared to leave everything behind as she wished for a new life away from Mukund, but she wanted to honor Bansal's wish and did not want to leave before the final rituals for Girdhari Sachdeva.

Advocate Bansal was conducting the meeting, Mukund was furious based on what was in Girdhari's legal will. Board members were also getting uneasy with Bansal's reluctance to read the entire will out loud. As he calms them down, Naina walks inside the room. Everyone including Mukund was stunned by her presence, there was a special aura in her that day. She quietly stands in a corner with her captivating belly exposed and her lustrous navel proclaiming undescribed sexiness, leaving everyone in the room mesmerized.

Reading through the 5 pages of the court approved will of Girdhari, there came the line which left everyone unsettled, when Bansal read "Girdhari Sachdeva names Naina Sachdeva, as his only heir to every single property listed under his name." Naina's eyes widened and she was left breathless hearing those words.

According to the will, the new Chairman of Golden Cements and all of its subsidiaries was now officially 'Naina Sachdeva'. With a short pause, the room explodes with claps. Leaving only one person emotionless and confused, Mukund. He was now without any power or wealth and was dependent on Naina for everything....!!! Naina was now truly, the undisputed Queen of Sachdeva empire...!!!!!
