The Devil was out and prowling for the third night in a row, he was trying to beat some sense into anyone that could know where you were taken. Foggy was hard at work trying to digitally track down anything, any new information that could help. The Devil was on the roof of a building close to where Fitz was known to be most of the time and he was ready for anything.

Two cars rolled up to the sidewalk and the Devil zeroed in, he could hear seven heart beats in total. The side doors opened and only five of the heart beats got louder and out of the cars. One rhythmic heart beat The Devil knew all too well. Fitz was here.

The Devil entered the shadows and moved around the roof of the building and down to the city street using fire escapes and window sills. The street light buzzed and fizzled out as The Devil hit the ground. The city always seemed to work along side The Devil, knowing that he was here to help.

The Devil moved across the road, boots crunching some gravel for a single step before any trace of his had dispersed once more. The four bodyguards and Fitz were followed into the building unbeknownst to them. The confidence of the four body guards was something that The Devil enjoyed breaking. He was use it against them as he moved around the building and eliminated threats.

Foggy was hard at work in the office, the buildings lights being turned off and Karen was long since gone. Foggy couldn't help but feel somewhat responsible for you being taken, he'd just left you there on the couch of his apartment instead of waking you and taking you to the safety of the bedroom. Matt was nowhere to be seen, Foggy had only caught the occasional silhouette of The Devil as he used the space around Foggy to get what he needed. Slowly a webpage opened on a picture of you and your family, Foggy thought the man with his arm around your shoulders in the picture seemed familiar but he couldn't quite but his finger on it.

"Tell me sweetheart, how well did you know your father?" you glared up at him your chin still tilted towards your chest. You'd been stuck here for what you guessed what three days, but it was very hard to tell without the outside world. The guards did a change at what you thought was night and then swapped back in the morning and you'd counted three shift changes. "Come on, you know I can get it out of ya, make it easier for me" he rolled from one foot to the other in front of you and smirked. You knew he loved torturing you to get it out of you, talking was only for your benefit.

"He left when I was young" your eyes watched the hole in the floor next to his boot as his foot flexed. "Barely knew him" you lifted your head sitting it against the wall behind you. The man in front of you stood slowly, he pulled a knife out from his pocket and flipped it open.

"Shame that, pretty girl like you probably needed her daddy" he watched the way his finger traced the blade as he spoke. "Daddy was too busy playing with us" his eyes locked on to yours, you tried your best not to give him the satisfaction of surprise but you must've let something slip because he smiled down at you.

"Your father was a gruesome man, sweetheart, he'd do anything for Fitz" he leaned towards you menacingly and continued, "only problem is once your addicted, it's rather hard to stop" he slowly trailed the knife up your arm stopped just before he got to your neck. "Daddy owes us a lot of money..." his eyes danced as you squirmed under his knife, doing your best to not let him cut you like he'd already done so many times.

The Devil felt his phone vibrate in his pocket but he ignored it, the man bellow him was blissfully unaware of the impending danger as he patrolled the buildings grounds. The shadows appeared to engulf him as The Devil struck. He landed on the man and knocked him unconscious immediately. The anger he felt painted him red and he punched the man so hard in the chest he heard a crack. Blood spilled from the mans mouth and a fist shaped hole was left as the Devil disappeared.

He needed to get to Fitz and the only way he knew how was through, stealth was the original plan. Until a silent alarm was emitted from the building, The Devil couldn't hear it but he could fell it. It changed the way the air felt, almost heavier. He smirked.

The room was plunged into darkness and the three remaining body guards were sent to eliminate him he could hear their boots getting closer and closer. The scuffed to a stop and all three heart rates spiked. The Devil was stood in the middle of the hallway, looming and filling the space. "You're outnumbered Devil" one of the men spoke, his heart rate accelerating, his body filling with adrenaline.

The Devil never moved but one of the other men ran at him down the hallway, The Devil withdrew his Billy club, disconnecting his two halves as his smile got even wider. He smacked the end of his right club into the mans face a single tooth falling out. The man proceeded to attack, every punch or kick being evaded. The Devil used the wall as leverage and hit the man in the face letting him crumple against the floor. His head snapped to the other two standing in the hall the entire altercation lasting less then thirty seconds.

"Who's next" he growled, the mans blood dripping from his hand. One of the men hit the other in the side and both heart rates spiked as they ran, hoping to take The Devil out by working together. The billy club was reconnected and the staff shaped object was clipped onto The Devils back. He would enjoy this.

"You expect me to believe he disappeared completely" The man in front of you yelled in your face, spit hitting your nose. You opened your eyes just in time to watch him slide the sharp blade of the knife across your chest. The blade was so sharp it took a while to even hurt, hissing once the pain sunk in. You chuffed slightly out of your open mouth as grunting filled the hallway beyond the door.

The guard looked down at his watch and grunted before wiping your blood on his pants and throwing the door open. The hallway was pitch black and you caught a glimpse of something red as the door closed and locked in front of you. You closed your eyes and tried to calm or cool yourself down on the concrete. You could hear muffled talking down the hallway and the loud noise of something being thrown.

The door unlocked and opened and your heart sank, the small bit of hope you held in your heart for Matt coming for you was lost once again as Fitz himself filled the door way. He was a very formidable man. "Hello" he straitened his tie and nodded to the guard as the door closed behind him sealing him in to your space.

The Devil's boots stomped down the hallway, the idea of him trying to hide himself felt redundant. The anger that would radiate from him would be a dead give away to anyone coming anyway. He was covered in enemy blood, having removed limbs and heads from bodies on the way to very last level. He was so low into this building he could only just hear the sound of cars on the road above him. A man was in front of The Devil suddenly, which felt impossible. "Hello Devil, here for your girl" He could smell you on this man, your sweat and blood was woven into his clothes.

The Devil growled and lunged at the man, he blocked The Devils first hit and swung one into his ribs but The Devil barely faltered. He swung his leg around and took out the guards knee using his fist to strike the man in the face quickly as he went down. Blood spilled from his nose as he rolled onto his back and used his momentum to stand to his full height once again. The Devil moved forward and threw three chained punches the man stopping each one and landing blows in between them. The Devil growled out of frustration and aimed for his head the anger and strength behind the single hit being enough to send the man back a bit.

The Devil moved forward again and aimed for his head, the guard stopped it and grabbed his arm moving The Devil in an attempted to lock him in position. Using this as leverage The Devil pushed a foot against the concrete wall and shoved the man backwards into the other wall. He broke from the man and kicked behind him kicking his torso. The Devil turned on his heal and unleashed hit after hit moving from targeting the Guards head to his chest randomly. The guard couldn't keep up, The Devil had won.

"Tell me where to find her and I might let you live" He roared at the man in front of him. The guard laughed and tried to punch The Devil one last time. He caught the guards arm and using both hands drove it into his knee shattering his arm entirely. The guard screamed, saliva and blood drooling from his mouth.

"Whatever you did to me would be mercy compared to that man" he chuckled to himself quietly and The Devil stood unmoving, analysing his next choice. He grabbed the mans face with his hand, locking his digits into the flesh of his head and smashed his skull against the concrete wall. A roar or effort fuelled the rage needed to split the mans head in two and as The Devil let go of the Guard his body crumpled into a pool of limbs.

The Devil continued down the hall he would have you or so help anyone that stood in his way.
