Rosé found Lisa by the food table, as she watched Jisoo and Jennie share their first dance. Their foreheads were pressed together as they swayed.
Lisa was smiling as she watched them.
"Here."
Lisa frowned when she looked down and saw Rosé holding out a tissue for her. "What's that for?"
"In case you start crying again."
"Pfft, I wasn't crying, I just had something in my eye."
Rosé's teasing smile turned softer around the edges. "Don't worry, Manoban, your secret is safe with me."

Despite Lisa's protests, Jisoo managed to tug her onto the dance floor, Lisa only gave in because it was Jisoo's special day and her elder sister would only get married once.
Lisa was well aware that lots of eyes were on them as they danced, starting slow as they just teetered together."I wish Dad was here," Jisoo said quietly between them.
Lisa pulled Jisoo closer. "Me too, he would've been so happy."
Jisoo pressed a kiss on Lisa's cheek and said, "I'm glad you're here."
Lisa smiled. "I wouldn't have missed it for the world."
The music changed, and the beat picked up. Jisoo's arms slipped from around her until they were holding hands, moving in time with the music. It was fun and they probably looked a little silly but Jisoo was happy and that was all that mattered.
More people filled the dancefloor but Lisa could see Rosé talking to Hyorin. Taeyang had to rush off, handling any meeting for the day but he would be back soon, at least he got to see the ceremony.
"Rosie!" Jisoo called, startling Lisa as her sister pulled away from her to call across the room.
"Can you come here?"
"Jisoo! " Lisa hissed but she knew it was of no use as she saw Rosé already making her way toward them.
"What?" Jisoo frowned at her, Lisa was a little too late realizing that she should be happy to dance with her girlfriend.
"Nothing," Lisa lied, putting on a fake smile as Rosé reached for them.
"Would you mind cutting in?" Jisoo asked Rosé. "I need to go see my lovely wife but I don't want to leave Lisa dancing alone."
"Of course, Lisa's Unnie. Or is it Jennie's wife now?"
Jisoo beamed at the name. "Thank you!" She darted off, leaving them alone.
Lisa was about to say that they don't have to dance when Rosé held out her hand.
Lisa wasn't one to pass up an opportunity like this as she stepped closer to Rosé. She slipped her arms around Rosé's waist as Rosé's went around her neck. They were both wearing heels, so their height difference remained unchanged and Lisa loved it.
"You're so small," Rosé joked, her eyes tilted down as they sway out of time to the music. Lisa didn't care.
"I'm not that much shorter than you," Lisa replied, and it was true, but she was a bit smaller than her and that was a fact.
"Which one of us is tall enough to reach the top shelf in my kitchen and which one of us needed help getting a bowl down the other day?"
"I can't believe you'd be mean to your girlfriend like that. I thought you loved me?"
Rosé laughed and Lisa's heart skipped a beat in her chest, already beating faster than usual thanks to their proximity. "You wish, Manoban."
They moved silently for a few minutes, Lisa not really knowing what to say but thoroughly enjoyed being pressed this close to Rosé. She could feel the warmth of her body as her hands rested around Rose's waist, and she could smell her expensive choice of perfume.
Lisa wanted nothing more than to press closer.
Her eyes flickered down to pink lips, so soft and so close before she quickly looked away, worried Rosé would notice. Except Rosé's eyes seemed to be somewhere behind them.
"What are you looking at?" Lisa asked, spinning them so she could get a look in the direction Rosé was looking towards.
She found Hyorin watching them. "Hyorin doesn't believe us."
"What?"
"She said she didn't think you had it in you to ask me out."
Lisa's heart stopped, they couldn't have their secret found out so soon.
"What did you say?"
"That you didn't, that I was the one that asked you out."
"What?!"
"I mean," Rosé grinned, saying, "It's true."
Lisa was about to protest but Rosé was right. "I guess we never did get our story straight or discuss how we got together."
"One, nothing about this is straight," Rosé smirked, nodding between the two of them. "And two, I told her I asked you out and that's it."
"Okay," Lisa nodded. "So, how about we've been dating a couple of weeks and taking things slow?"
"Makes sense, since we only just told your mom. Where was our first date?"
"We went to that Italian place you like then out for ice cream afterward," Lisa answered, too quickly because it was something she'd thought about a lot before.
She had imagined over and over again, asking Rosé out, where their first date would be, and how she'd press a good night kiss to Rosé's lips after walking her to her door.
And then sometimes in her imagination, Rosé would invite her in and Lisa wouldn't leave until the next morning.
"Chocolate?"
It took a moment for her to pick up the threads of the conversation they'd been having and realized Rosé meant the ice cream.
"Of course," Lisa smiled.
"Okay, now," Rosé said. "Look at me adoringly so Hyorin doesn't get suspicious."
Lisa rolled her eyes at Rosé's teasing grin.
Not the one to lose in what suddenly feels like a game, Lisa had a better idea. She leaned forward, across the small space between them, pressing a lingering kiss to Rosé's cheek. Her lips tingled from the contact, and Lisa had to use a lot of self-control not to lean forward and kiss her again.
Rosé looked surprised by the gesture, and Lisa was worried she'd overstepped before a smile slipped onto Rosé's face, one that Lisa would call adorable.
Rosé was pretty good at this acting thing, and it was doing things to Lisa's heart that will no doubt, hurt later, but she'd enjoy it.
Just for now.

Yep. That's love.
