Seeing Rosé all dressed up was one thing, but when Rosé returned in a shirt and sleep shorts, Lisa had to force herself not to stare because she looked too satiny and Lisa would genuinely give anything to be able to wrap her in her arms, feel her body against hers.
She went to get ready herself before she did something she'd regret.
Rosé was in bed by the time she returned, which was similar to last night, except tonight, Rosé was still awake, even if her smile saied she was leaning towards sleep now.
"Nice pajamas," Rosé said, apparently still awake enough to tease.
"Shut up," Lisa stifled a giggle, steeling her nerves as she slipped into the other side of the bed.
She was a badass Manager, she could handle one (or two) nights sleeping next to the love of her life.
"Thank you," Lisa repeated, once the room was plunged into darkness and she could focus more because she couldn't see Rosé's sleepy smile or soft brown eyes.
"I had a good day, and mom didn't bother me about my relationship status once."
Lisa felt fingers brush hers under the blankets, she couldn't tell if it was a mistake or not because Rosé pulled her hand away.
"Anytime. Good night, Manoban."
Lisa smiled into the dark. "Night, Park."

Lisa was incredibly warm when she wokeup, and she knows that was not a good sign because she knew who she fell asleep next to, and knew whose body she was currently wrapped around.
"Who'd have thought, Lisa Manoban, likes to cuddle."
Lisa startled, even more, awake now as she pulled away and met brown eyes on the pillow next to her.
"Sorry."
"Don't be," Rosé's arm held her in place. "You're nice and warm."
"I... thank you?" Lisa said, her tired brain still trying to process what was happening.
Rosé chortled. "You're welcome."
If she were more awake, Lisa would be embarrassed, but as it happened, she was quite comfortable and rather weary and instead of fighting it, she let sleep claim her again.
The next time Lisa woke up, she was alone, which she was aggrieved by for a moment until the memories of being cuddled against Rosé came back to her, and then she was nothing but embarrassed.
She pressed her face into her pillow, and let out a muffled groan. That was not something nonphysical friends do.
Lisa dragged herself out of bed, she may as well at least find Rosé and apologize and get it over with so they could help clean up and head home, or else it could make for a discomfiting car trip if she had made Rosé uneasy by getting too close.
Lisa heard movement in the kitchen as she headed downstairs, but she stopped short just outside the door when she heard her mom speak.
"I really am glad you two are together, you've always made Lisa so happy, I've never seen her like this before, so in love."
Lisa cringed at the words and hoped Rosé didn't read too much into them.
It was Rosé's reply though, that had Lisa's heart thrashing in her chest. She had to remind herself that it was all just for show, that it meant nothing.
"She makes me happy too."
Lisa took a steady breath before she entered the kitchen, hoping neither of them knew she was eavesdropping.
"Morning, dear," her mom smiled. "Coffee?"
"Morning and yes, please," Lisa responded before she made her way over to the free seat next to Rosé's at the kitchen table.
"Morning," Rosé greeted her, and then she was totally surprised when Rosé leaned over and pressed a kiss to her cheek.
Lisa's breath caught in her throat at the soft feel of lips against her skin, totally unexpected in the light of the morning.
"Ah, um- morning," Lisa managed to get it out, her mind caught on lips that she very much wanted to kiss her again, preferably on the mouth this time.
"Rice?" Rosé asked, quiet, just between them.
There was a crinkle between her eyebrows, worried, and Lisa didn't like that she was causing it, that she was the one that put them in this situation in the first place.
"No," Lisa shook her head and smiled.
Rosé really did make her happy. "I'm good."
Brown eyes analyzed her for a moment, looking for any signs of lies but they found none before Rosé smiled too. "Good, because I was thinking before everyone turns up to help clean up, how would you feel about a walk on the beach?"
"I..." Lisa glanced at her mom.
"Go ahead, dear, I have things covered here. No one else will be here for the next hour or so anyway."
"Are you sure?" Lisa asked, hoping her mom would say yes because a walk along the beach with Rosé actually sounded really nice, and it added a little extra to their lie, walking along on the beach was kind of romantic.
"Of course."
Lisa smiled as she turned back to Rosé. "I'd love to."
