Chapter 9

Kians P.O.V.
"How old are you and Mrs Collins?" Ryan says. Sweat piles on my face as I realize this is all real.
"I'm 19 as of next Tuesday and she is 18 sir." I say glancing over to Alex, she was asleep next to Ella.
"Okay, so can you tell me anything about her anxiety?" He says glancing over to Alex as she stirs in her sleep grabbing Ella setting her on her chest like a koala.
"Well she gets bullied, and her father died two years ago and ever since her moms been a heavy alcoholic Sir." I say, he sighs writing it down.
"Please call me Ryan." He says smiling. I nod giving him a small smirk, he grabs his bag standing up. "Well Mr. Lawley. Thank you for your time and I will call you tomorrow on a update on the mother and thank you so much again for her." Nodding towards Ella.
"Of course thank you for all the stuff!" I yell as he opens the door to his car. He smiles getting in, starting his car and driving off.
I walk in and close the door to my house, locking it feeling like a dad should keep his babies safe. I think?
My thoughts seem to be blank as I lay next to Alex and Ella. Ella was drooling all over Alex's chest, I wrap my arm around her waist making sure not to mess up Ella's position.
Alex wiggles closer to me, her eyes slowly fluttering open. Shit.
"Kian?" She mumbles, her head slowly turns towards me.
"Yes dear?" I say softly, she rubs her eyes looking down at Ella smiling widely.
"We met one week ago and now we're parents." She said laughing quietly as I did the same. She started to sit up, supporting Ella's back. She slowly stood up setting her in her crib.
Alex draped a blanket over the small baby, as she started to squirm. Alex rubbed small circles on her back, sending her back in a deep sleep.
"Im gonna cook dinner.. If you want.." She says, looking at her feet slowly. I smile lightly.
"I would love that. Surprise me darling, and yell for me if you need help please" I say getting up and hugging her. She hugged me back, hard.
"We've known each other 7 days but I feel like it's a life time.. Do you feel like that." She whispered in my ear, I felt butterfly's and my heart seem to swell.
"Yes. I really do, and I will accept you Alex Blair Collins with anything that happens. I promise. I'll make this nightmare live able or at least try." I say as I feel wet warm tears on my shoulder. I squeezed her tighter, if it was possible.
"Kian Robert Lawley. Thank you so much. These are tears of relief." She says looking Up at me.
"Your welcome beautiful." I say kissing her tears away, feeling her cheeks heat up.
She pulls away from me, smiling. I smile back at her.
"Dinner babe!" I say winking at her, she laughs running to my kitchen.
God how beautiful she was, one week and I might already be in love. But is that possible?
