What you Missed

Party!

-Grey POV-

I wake up to Xayah asleep with her breath running along my chest. I smile and gently begin to rub her feathered ears. She hums and even coos in her sleep. I hear a picture being taken and I look to see her mom with her phone out. "Scrapbook." She says quietly and closes the door.

"Who was that?" Xayah asks pushing herself up. I smile at her as her hands are on my chest, her hair flows down and rubs against my chest, and her face is close to mine.

"Your Mom." I say and she nods before laying back down.

"It's the weekend. So I'm going back to sleep." She says laying back on me.

"Xayah I need to use the restroom." I say and she groans in frustration.

"Please be quick. You're super comfortable." She says and I nod before getting up. I go to her personal bathroom and quickly do my business, wash my hands, and exit to see Xayah now on her phone sitting up. I get back in bed and lay down. Xayah immediately lays down on me again and I play with her hair. I grab my phone to see i have no missed calls or texts.

"Probably didn't even know I was missing." I say and Xayah looks up at me.

"Fuck them." Xayah says making me chuckle. I look to see a party was being thrown and I smile.

"Text everyone about this party being thrown by Sona. This will be a perfect place for a video, and it'll be cool to just hang out with everyone at a party." I say and Xayah chuckles.

"Gonna make sure the cloaked figures and us are in the same video?" She asks and I nod.

"I think it'll clear us from being suspects. Once we get proper videos we can splice them into said video." I say and she nods.

"Alright." Xayah says and I chuckle before nodding.

"Well I have to go home and grab something to wear." I say and Xayah groans.

"You owe me one lazy day." She says and I smile.

"You got it." I say and get up. I put my riding jacket on and leave her room.

"Leaving so soon?" Shina asks and I nod.

"Yeah. There's a party tonight and I need something to wear." I say and she nods.

"Be careful tonight Grey. I have a feeling there's going to be a fight." Shina says and I nod to her.

"I'll try and keep everyone on their toes." I say and she smiles.

"I know. Such a good boy." She says and pats my head making me blush.

I pull out their driveway, as I turn right I take one last look at the house, I see Xayah waving while on the phone, I nod to her, and pull off down the street on one wheel. I get on the highway and begin weaving in and out of traffic. As I ride a tractor trailer swerves into my lane, and I'm forced into the shoulder.

"Prick." I say to myself and move into the middle lane. I speed up to see the man is on his phone. Growling I reach up and push the driver's side mirror in getting his attention. I throw my hands up and he puts a hand up to apologize. I give him a nod before speeding off again.

About twenty minutes later I pull into the home driveway. I put my helmet and jacket on the handlebars. I head inside to see my older sister Byleth on the couch.

"Hello Little Brother." She says and I look at her before walking upstairs. "Hey I'm talking to you!" Byleth yells at me and I look down the stairs.

"What?" I ask and pretend to take a headphone out.
