At the same time, I wanna hug you. I wanna wrap my hands around your neck. You're an asshole but I love you. And you make me so mad, I ask myself. Why I'm still here, or where could I go? You're the only love I've ever known. But I hate you, I really hate you

"Can you stop, please?" Michelle asked, finally losing her patience.

Beyonce, who was the source of Michelle's annoyance, glared at Michelle. She looked the girl dead in the eyes and continued tapping her pen on the desk. Michelle just sighed and tried her best to continue her work, which was nearly impossible due to the sound of the pen violently tapping against the desk.

Beyonce watched Michelle closely, impatiently waiting for the girl to snap. Seeing the almost always calm girl lose her cool was Beyonce's favorite thing in the world. She especially loved it when she was the one causing the girl to lose her cool. According to Beyonce, there was nothing more attractive than seeing Michelle get angry. She didn't know what she loved more, how attractive Michelle was when she was angry or Michelle giving in to her foolishness. Honestly, she loved both just as much.

"Come on Chelle, don't you love my tapping?" Beyonce asked tauntingly.

Michelle looked up at Beyonce, her eyes narrow and filled with restlessness. She was used to Beyonce's quests to anger her; she was also used to giving in at the last minute. Even if she wasn't mad at Beyonce's antics she would just pretend to be angry in hopes that she would be left alone. It didn't matter that she secretly didn't want the girl to leave her alone; she never actually minded the girl's teasing. Well, that was until the teasing became plain bullying but that was only when Beyonce was mad at her. Even when it got to that point she still tried not to care; she just tried to convince herself that it was just harmless teasing.

"Don't ignore me, you know I don't like that shit," Beyonce said, tapping her pen harder on the desk.

"Beyonce, may you please shut the hell up. Yay, I finally gave you the attention you were dying for! Are you happy now?" Michelle said, causing Beyonce to smile.

Everyone looked at Michelle, confused by her sudden outburst. Beyonce stopped tapping her pen; she was now using it to pretend like she was doing her work. The teacher glared at Michelle, giving her a disappointed look. Michelle just sighed and continued doing her work; she didn't even care to apologize for the disturbance. She knew she was going to cause a disturbance later on and of course, it would be because of Beyonce.

"Wow, you are so snappy sometimes. You're supposed to be calm and collected, you are nothing of the sort," Beyonce said, causing Michelle to roll her eyes.

Michelle didn't respond, she just kept her attention on her work hoping the bell would ring so she could leave. Honestly, she didn't even know why she wanted to leave the classroom. There was no escaping Beyonce; the girl would follow her around the whole school just to annoy her.

"Why do I love this girl?" Michelle wondered.

Maybe it was their history; they had known each other since preschool. At that time things were different; they didn't treat each other like strangers back then. Now they only talk to each other when they have no choice but to or when they are alone with each other. Still, Michelle doesn't know why she loves someone who seems to hate her. She doesn't want to believe that Beyonce hates her; she just can't accept the fact that Beyonce truly likes her anymore.

Beyonce doesn't know when she started being mean to Michelle, maybe it was when she realized that she liked her. Even when they were kids Beyonce wasn't good at expressing her feelings, especially her romantic feelings. She punched the first boy she had a crush on, which resulted in her breaking his nose. Yes, she had never hurt Michelle, at least not physically. She didn't know how to voice her feelings in a healthy way; she just didn't know how to tell Michelle that she loved her. She could only hope that Michelle knew that she doesn't hate her; she just hoped that Michelle ignored all the times she told her that she hated her.
