"I think we should talk." his deep voice announced.

Theo was slightly nervous, which he usually was not. His demeanor was always strict, but he could never control himself next to Claire. She made him feel lost in the mind and crazy all over his body.

She turned around and stared at him with her beautiful brown orbs. His heart leapt for a moment, and it passed slowly.

"Yeah, we should..." she spoke softly whilst pulling a strand of hair behind her ear.

He sat down next to her in the following seat. The plane was moving steadily to get ready for its takeoff.

"I... I did not mean to yell at you when we talked last time." he said.

"It is okay." She did not look at him and it ached him.

"Also, the company needs you because you are good at your job."

"I understand."

Theo gulped, "and we... no... I need you to stay," he paused, since Claire found his eyes, "for- for the company."

"Oh, I see." She looked back at her hands that were fiddling with her diamond bracelets around her wrist.

"I do not want our business relations to be ruined, so- so do an excellent job... in the movie like you always do."

"What about our other relationship?" she asked bluntly.

He turned to look at her, "What about it? It is the same as it has been..."

He did not want an answer, yet he still got one, "Well, I think there needs to be a change with this relationship we have."

"And what would that change be?"

"It must end officially." she gripped her bracelet harder.

His anger was pushing to his limit once again, "Why do you make this so difficult?"

"Theo, I cannot do this. I have my own limits too. It is better this way when we are apart."

"No, no it is not, and you know that too."

"I do not know. Can you be clear and explain to me that I should know!"

Theo covered his hesitation, "Just because."

"Just because what!" she yelled.

"Do not yell." he grunted.

"I can do whatever I feel, Theo. Tell me!"

He stood up and shouted, "Just because if I ever lose you, you would be my worst fear!"

Her eyes showed pain, "I told you... I was still prepared, but it still hurt. We cannot do this anymore because it will get worse for both of us!"

"There is nothing that will make it better, Claire. You are so stupid!"

"But it can be when it is over!" she cried.

"No, it would not!" he yelled, letting the anger inside of him get the best of him.

The flight attendant came up to them frantically, "Sir and madam, please seat yourselves quickly. The plane is ready to take off."

Both stared at one another into each other's souls becoming breathless by the second. They hide a hurt that is growing in them which will consume their whole lives. The beauty of life scares them.

Love is confusing and painful all at the same time...

He became vexed.
