Hey everyone, welcome to This Means War, the second story in the Spotty World saga.
Four years have passed since the previous story, taking us to the year 2022.
Before starting, I must say that unlike movies, series and stories that have included the pandemic, I will not include it in my saga.
I do not mean to offend anyone, nor do I want to make light of something that has caused so much suffering for so many, but just like the Disney adaptations of 101 Dalmatians, my stories are set in a world similar to the world we live in, and since my goal is to entertain, I prefer not to broach such a serious subject.
That said, let's talk about the story.
In this story I'm going to take a slightly different path.
As established before, Dante and Dawkins are very fond of video games, especially the older ones, and since they will be the protagonists in this story, I opted to make this story feel like a game.
More specifically, it will be like one of those YouTube videos where we see all the cutscenes of a game as if it were a movie, and in this case, a dating simulator game.
I will continue with my references to pop culture, especially of other Disney movies and series, but also expect references to video games, especially in the chapter titles, which will either be classic game titles or something related to games, such as terms and memes.
The first chapter will be published in two weeks, along with the (much overdue) Christmas Special.
(Although this Christmas Special will be published around the same time the others will be publishing their Valentine's specials, it remains a Christmas Special)
