a Potter and a Riddle <3

Muggle Studies

Only a few more days before winter break! Chloe was really excited but also really nervous that she would have to spend it with the Malfoy's. Especially Oliver. She hadn't forgotten what happened three days ago. In fact she hadn't slept at all and had been missing all of her classes. She thought today she should probably go back.

She walked into her muggle studies classroom late due to over sleeping. Last night she actually managed to get some sleep and had a hard time waking up. 

When she walked in all heads turned her way.

"Ah Ms.Potter decided to finally join us have you?" 

The professor spoke

"Um-"

Chloe started but was cut off by the professor suddenly Dismissing class early.

"Alright class dismissed..except for you Riddle and Potter, come see me"

Tom walked over to stand by Chloe in front of Professor Baldwin

"Yes professor?"

 Tom said

"Well since Ms.Potter here has been missing the past few classes, I was hoping you would help catch her up"

"Oh. Of course Professor not a prob-"

"-With a project" the Professor interjected

"Pardon?"

They both said in unison 

"Yes with a project. I'd like you two to study some of muggle statues. You see I want you to find a statue that represents the begging of the end of humans greatest treasure"

Both Tom and Chloe were speechless 

"I'd like you both to come back with a paper written about the statue after we return from break! That's all I'll see you two in class Monday."

And with that they both silently walked out of the classroom

Finally Tom spoke

"I guess we should get to work then."

"Yea, I guess so"

And with that they both headed towards their favorite place in the castle. The library.

"Ugh this is impossible!"

Chloe shouted in frustration 

"Do you ever keep quiet?"

He said angrily

Chloe rolled her eyes

"Cmon let's just stop for a little bit I'm getting a migraine"

Chloe begged

"Fine."

Tom said firmly

They sat in silence for a little while both debating on what to say

"Erm about the other night, I never really got to thank you."

"You don't have to"

"No, I do. Thank you"

He nodded his head once and then got up to leave.

"Same time tommorow."

He said.

And with that he left.

Chloe was sitting in the common room when someone burst in.
