Bo Chapter: Chasing The Dream

Chapter 9

***That night Chase has a day off he decides to just relax at home. But then there is a knock at the door.

Chase - Who is it?

Zac - Yo Bo it's me. 

**Chase lets Zac in they dap up and they go in the living room.

Chase laughs and says Wassup with you, you not out running around with that damn girl.

Zac (exhausted) Me and her are on the outs right now.

Chase - Bruh just leave that girl alone, why you keep doing all this back and forth.

Zac - To be honest it's something to do. She wines about it, but she keeps coming back.

Chase - You just passing time with that girl.

**Zac throws his hands up like " I guess" and Chase laughs.

Zac - But why you hammering me what's going on?

**Chase and Zac have formed a bound. Chase tells Zac about what happened with Maverick, and the situation with Stacey.

Zac - Man what the hell.

Chase - Exactly shit is wild.

Zac - Do you forgive her like what now?

Chase - To be honest Zac it don't even matter, we don't run in the same circles. We had a "high school crush" on each other. But shit we not kids anymore.

Zac - Maybe she just wanted to clear the air and have no bad blood between you two.

Chase - I did think about that and Stacey as always been cool.

**Zac rubs his head and says " Or."

Chase - Or what nigga?

Zac laughs and says " She wants to reconnect with you." 

Chase - That girl is engaged.

Zac - Not married though.

Chase - You hell you know that right.

Zac - Look let's go out you rarely have free time it's a spot I'm hoping to invest in called Rosay.

Zac - I'll introduce you to the owner and we can just hangout.

Chase (annoyed) If Tim bitch ass is coming, I'll pass.

Zac laughs " Nah I got him doing something else for me tonight, so he won't be there."

Chase - Good let me go get changed.

**After about 5 minutes Chase comes out dressed. Zac looks at him and laughs.

Chase - What nigga?

Zac - You got a little money now, you gotta start dressing better.

Chase - I don't go anywhere but work and home and then once I start college back. This is what I wear.

Zac - You got on sweats to go to a club.

Chase - Well go without me nigga.

Zac - Nah let's swing by my crib I'll call my guy and let's see if we can get you at least two outfits.

Chase - Ok two outfits. But I'm not switching up my style, I'm unique.

Zac laughs and says " whatever unique nigga.

**Chase laughs.

**Zac calls his guy to meet him at his house and inform him about Chase sizes.

**The guy tells Zac he will bring over a couple outfits for Chase to choose from.
