"Lucy, sit up straight. Your mother and I did not raise you in a barn." A blonde haired man with a caterpillar for a mustache says. "If you don't marry this man because he thinks your a slob, that will be it for you!"
A young blonde girl with beautiful chocolate brown eyes sighs. "I'm sorry father. I know how important this is to us. I will try my best."
He huffs, "one does not simply try. you have to do better that trying. You better succeed. I have worked too hard to let this opportunity slip by my fingers. His family is very wealthy, we need his money. So I don't care if you hate the man. You will marry him. Hopefully produce a kid along the way. Maybe he will inherit all the wealth."
Lucy's father never really cared about what she thought or how she felt about his decisions about what he did with her. She was helpless. The man she was meant to marry, Sting. He was a complete snob, a conceded, good for nothing guy. The only thing he is good for was his looks, according to Lucy. She had met this man once before. He had showed no attention for Lucy, only for her body. It disgusted her. All he wanted to do was reach in her dress.
The horse drawn carriage came to a halt. Lucy's father looked at Lucy, "come on. Look presentable, he is my future son-in-law." He came close to her ear. "I don't care what you have to do. You better do it." It sounded more and more like threats. Lucy nodded in response.
A man dress in all back opened the door, helping Lucy out first. She took the man's hand. Cautious not to step on her dress. Her golden laced red dressed flowed down to the floor. The top exposed most of her cleavage, making her fairly uncomfortable.
"Good day, lord Jude." The butler approaches. He turns to Lucy. "Lady Lucy. Lord Sting awaits you arrival in his chambers. Would you allow an escort?"
"Yes that would be lovely." She said sweetly. The butler held out his hand, pointing in the directions on the chambers. She nods and follows his lead. They walk down the long hall way on a red and black carpet. Tables spaced 100 feet from each other. Portraits hung all over the walls, mostly of Sting.
They get to the front of the large wooden doors. Lucy takes a deep breath before she enters. Mentally preparing herself for what lies ahead. The butler opens the door. Lucy proudly walks into the room. There standing on the other side of the room with his best friend Rogue.
"Ahhh, and there she is. The, stunning as ever, Lady Lucy." He came closer to Lucy. She could smell the booze on his breathe. The over powering stench almost made her cough up her breakfast. He lands a rough kiss on her cheek. Swaying back and forth, due to the intoxication. Lucy raised her head a little more, straightening her posture.
"Wow Sting, you really got a good one, didn't you." Rogue stares at Lucy. His eyes focusing on her. "Anyway, Sting, what are we going to do about the pirate situation? It has gotten way out of hand. You heard of that pirate Captain Natsu Dragneel? I heard he has blown up another one of our ships in a fire explosion."
"Oh I have heard of that pirate. He is sought to be the most ruthless and heartless pirate there is," Lucy finally spoke up. She walks past Sting, who glances at her lady lumps.
"Hmm, so you have heard of this pirate." Sting tries to balance himself out on the table.
"As a matter of fact, I have." She says looking back at him. "He is the most popular pirate in the history of piracy. What makes him famous is the destruction he causes. Setting fires and burning down city after city."
"Lord Sting, we have a meeting with the head of the naval branch, General Jellal Fernandez." Rogue reminds Sting.
"Ok, Master Rogue. Will you please give Lady Lucy and I a moment to discuss some urgent matters." Sting dully asks. Rogue looks at Lucy, who gives him the ok. He slightly bows his head and exits the room.
Sting immediately grabs Lucy's face, pulling into a rough and wet kiss. Lucy remembers what her Father tells her. He nibbles the bottom of her lip. She denies him access, so he grabs her rear. Opening her mouth out of shock, he slides his tongue into her mouth. He takes a deep breathe while their lips are still locked together. He breaks the kiss, looking into her chocolate brown eyes. "We will continue this later. Right now I have to meet with the general." he gives her a lustful smile and exits the room. Lucy gagged at the taste of bad booze. She grabs the nearest napping and wipes her mouth off. She grabs a bottle of his finest booze, trying to mask the taste of cinnamon and vanilla.
She leans over the table, heavily breathing. She sighs, "oh mom, if only you were here. I don't think I would have to be going through this."
She paces back and forth in the room, debating whether she should just leave or to stay and obey her father. She stops at the large window, overlooking the gorgeous crystal blue sea. She has always been interested in pirates. The thought of being free and soon whatever you want, made her have chills. Being on the open sea with the sea breeze hitting your skin, oh how she desperately wanted to be apart of that.
When she was very young she expressed her interest in pirates to her father. He said if she ever talked about such nonsense he would turn her over to the police for even the thought of being a pirate. She ended up forgetting all about pirates until the legend Natsu Dragneel came into the mouths of everyone around the world. At that moment she considered her idea again. For her, pirates are misunderstood people. Just like how they are free, she wanted that.
