Levy and Lucy hurried towards the angered captain, passing most of the awakened pirates. Levy knew two options would happen: one, the captain would let the situation pass; two, he would threaten to throw Lucy over board, maybe even her. She shook those thoughts out of her head as they continued to where the masculine voice came from. She had never seen the captain have such an interest in one person, it was quiet odd. There was one woman, but she wasn't sure what her name was or what she looked like. Passing various gazes to reach the top of the ship. They approached their destination, when they turned the corner, Levy whips back to get out of view range. Dammit, she cursed at herself in her thoughts. Erza was with Natsu, both looking extremely pissed; although Erza had her cake in hand she still looked fairly angry. Lucy looks at Levy with question, why the sudden change in her attitude? "Levy what is wrong?"
Levy is debating how much she values life, Erza knows she lied to her, the only thing that was preventing anything from happening, Erza didn't know where she was. Levy debated if she should have Lucy walk out there on her own, or go with her and face the consequences. "Lue, take a look who is standing next to the captain." Her voice filled with fear, which did not go unnoticed by Lucy. She took in a deep breath and peeked around the edge, she whips around and is just as scared as Levy. Both the girls violently shaking. Lucy didn't even know this woman, but at first meeting was enough to know; she was not the woman to negotiate your way out of her punishments.
Levy tried reduce her shaking, but her fear said otherwise. How was she going to approach her ultimate death. Her breaths were sharp and shaking. She took a deep breath, she had to faces her demon. She took Lucy by the hand and marched out from where the took cover. She could feel the piercing glare of both the captain and the first mate. They marched up to them, Levy stood her ground while facing the higher ups.
"Well well, looks like someone managed to get her cake," Levy sternly told her higher up. She could not show the fear that was eating at her insides; no one would take her seriously if she were to do that. If she would have ran away instead of facing what was coming, the crew would have labeled her as cowardly. She could see Erza's face turn towards the cake, she ate the last bite and set it down next to her.
"What where you doing with the girl," Natsu asks Levy. His body language didn't appear that he was angry that she had left his quarters. He looked at the girls, wanting an explanation on why she was roaming the ship. He tired to cross his arms, however, the bullet in his arm rejected his actions - causing him much pain.
Levy looked into the Captains eyes, "I was simply showing her around the ship. Even if she wanted to leave she can not, unless she plans on jumping over board, which she would most likely end up dying from drowning. Which wouldn't effect us in anyway, since she isn't helping us in anyway, she is already dead weight. She is of no use to us. Ultimately, there is really no harm done in her wandering the ship, Captain." Lucy knew Levy was stating facts, however some of her words did poke at her. They both would say anything to get out of the situation they where in.
Natsu put his hand under his chin, feeling the stubble growing under it. All of her statements are accurate. Debating if he should let it slide or not, "Who gave you the authority to remove the girl from my chambers, since it could not have been me." Erza eyed Levy down, she couldn't punish her since she did even answer that question but avoided it all together.
Levy knew she was in a tight spot, she either: save her own skin, meaning snitch on her newly found friend; or, lie and potentially risk a severe beat down by Erza. She tried searching for the right thing to say. "It was me," Lucy let out. She didn't want Levy to suffer from her careless act. "I was the one who left while you slept. I simply ran into Levy while I was out. You never told me I had to stay in your chambers while I am a prisoner of this ship."
