~ Cora's Pov ~

I stood up to go murder Draco but Mattheo burst through the doors first

We never once looked at one another and sat in the silences that used to occur after the break up

"The fuck is this?" Mattheo asked me handing me the letter

"Stay out of it" I spat back

"Don't fucking speak to me like that Lestrange, I am heir to the Deatheaters thrown" He said

"That would be me i think youd find, Riddle" I told him

"Over my dead body Lestrange" I said

"Well that's manageable" I smirked

"Why are you being such a two faced bitch?" He asked

"Oh like you didn't just tell me to go drown in the black lake?" I said

"I WAS ANGRY CORA" He shouted

"THAT DOESNT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT" I told him

"Fine" He said as he sat on the bed

There was another silence before he broke it by saying "For what it's worth  I'm sorry"

"I don't care" I said

"You should" he replied

"Why?" I asked

"Because it doesn't happen often" He told me

"Well if we ever have any chance of dating again, it'll have to start becoming natural" I said

"you think we have a chance?" He asked

"Look Mattheo, I'm not playing dumb here, I know you want to lead the Deatheaters and I do too and to do so we'll have to be engaged" I said

"So fake our relationship?" He asked

"is that not what you said last year?" I asked him

"Yes, but it's not what I want anymore, I know Haprer told you" He said

"Yeah..." I said

"look before we talk about this you need to talk to Diggory which by the way is looking for you" He told me

"Couldn't have led with that Riddle could you?" I said

"Bicth" He whispered under his breath

"Oh Fuck off" I said

He gave me the finger as I walked out, leaving the door open as I seen Cedric walking about the Slitherin common room

"What are you doing here?" I asked Cedric

"Looking for you" He told me

"Your going to get hurt wondering about here yourself, come inside my dorm, Mattheo was just leaving" I said loud enough so Mattheo he would get the hint to leave
