Carena Breach Technologies

After the great Gia Leak the dwellers lost half of their civilization, the old Domi empire collapsed giving way to a new era of peace and stability for the numerous Carena Empire, the Carena empire improvised the planet's research system and developed the first ocean breach layer Norijk. Norijk was first planned as a military barrier that could sustain light impacts from space fragments and asteroids even enemy ships and could jam electromagnetic systems delaying fleets of a possible invasion or attack. It was later developed to sustain heat from the Oavium. It has a luminous grey color that comes from massive anti-radiation bursts that mostly gets sucked in and spewed back out into space. Basically it's a massive Anti-Ray. After founding this new technology that saved thousands of dwellers and their habitats they carried more breakthroughs. That led to the creation of another breach layer, the core and domain breach layer Sisian and finally their lastest addition the Oph. The Sisian layer a.k.a The Ray Extinguisher, sits just slightly beneath the planet's Ocean surface and is actually a massive machine that uses webs and webs of Ray-proof thermal hoses that sucks water in, then the Sisian Mother of Dreams a giant plant condenses it to the right temperature that will match and cool the gasses that's coming in from the Brink ceasing any necessary heating up on the surface. This reduces the Oaviums radiated emissions to 14%. The Brink is a thin layer of hot gasses that covers the planet as it's Atmosphere. The Brink is visible to the dwellers and can be seen as deep blue, the Brink reflects back to the Ocean giving the originally pale white Sisian it's blue hue.

The Oph is the final breakthrough to the Empire's Carena Breach Technologies. The Oph is more like a Golden Royal weapon. It is has another nickname, the Ray Burner. This system is installed in huge ship stations that's commissioned by the Empire and they stay watch 16/17.
When a possible impact from True Ray hits from the sub surface a hundred miles out into the Brink, the massive Canon I of the Gold I Prune Subhunsa shoots continuous lumps of heated nano particles into the incoming Ray target, then another ship the G-38 Lapse Freezer IV bears a missile turret that fires Thrust 7G Anti-Ray (T7G A-R) missiles that then detonates when it hits the blast from the Ray cutting through the emission. The missile then explodes into a powerful mini nova that freezes the atmosphere and sends massive electronic waves through currents of unimaginable velocity, the current hits all the nano-emissions causing a thread that sub-atomically forms highly charged ion webs that screen out most of the dangerous radiation from the True Ray for a few vibrations.

The same procedure is repeated in major cases of Ray Infliction, until the True Ray emission has no more possible threat. This system however is highly inappropriate and highly expensive to operate, causing imbalance in the capital's energy revenue causing them to expand operations in other oceans collecting energy from other sources such as clan independent energy supply storages, and Ocean Energy Secure Lines which outrages the general. Still highly controversial it still operates up to this day under political power.

These two previous breach layers presented the planet a massive change amongst waves coming from the Oavium. These two breach layers paved way to culture and diversity as clans began to emerge and dwellers began to subdivide spreading far and wide into other much further oceans, naming it after their conquest.

Thanks to the two layers, the True Ray's penetrating edge have been limited down, the breach layers does pretty amazing in screening most of it's radiated energy out leaving very little lethal amount to enter the ocean bed. The breach layers were destroyed and once again repaired after the Collision, a second Leak that took place one thousand Revolutions after the Gia Leak.

Mass destruction was a missed this time but short blasts from the Collision continued to warp echoing back and forth from it's massive source Oavium and to the planet, which caused havoc in the long run.
