*This takes place after Them's The Brakes, Kid*

Eda's POV:

"Okay Eda, Give me the rundown of this place" Raine said as they took a

sip of the purple Ghoul Aid Eda had traded them "BLEGH!". "Oh! You'll love it! It's got all the secrets, And since Tera talked to Principal Faust I can get away with pretty much anything!" I tell them as I try the carton of Apple Blood, "Mhm! I've never had Apple Blood Before this stuff is good!"

I slurp down the Apple Blood and proceed to inform Raine all about Hexside and the people attending. "You see them over there?" I say as I point to the 3rd table of ours "Yeah?" They say stretching up to get a better look, "Those are OUR sworn enemies, Alador Blight, Darius Deamonne And Odalia Whatever her last name was, Do NOT trust them" I say in a Sarcastic Serious voice (Idk ether lol) Raine chuckles a bit. AAAAAAAAAAGgGhHhHHH!!!!! The bell rings, Making Raine jump a little at the sound "HaHa, You'll get used to it" I remark as I get up taking my tray up to the front, Them following behind.

"So uhm Potions Track?" They ask glancing down at their Schedule "Yes indeed! Oh no! Wait we're-"I say as Raine finishes my sentence "In different classes". "Oh well, I guess I'll see You After school!" Raine Shouts as he runs down the hall, making sure not to be late, I feel my cheeks go a little red as I smile and wave goodbye to my new Friend.

Raine's POV:

I ran as fast as I could down the hall, Knowing how brutal the principal was from the stories Eda told me about. I speed down the hall and through the Bard Track classroom door, "Mister Raine Please Sit" Said a very posh Teacher, I cringe a bit at being called "Mister". I took the nearest empty seat and began to listen to the teacher ramble on about the right way to hold a Harp. I start to daydream about Eda, Thinking about all the fun we'll have together! Not many people hung out with me at St. Epiderm, Being a bard was considered "Boring" and "Nerdy". Eda and I just sorta clicked and she didn't seem to care that I was a bard. I think I'm gonna enjoy it he- "Are you Listening, Mister Raine Whispers?" the Slender Bard Teacher snapped "Uhm it's actually Mx." I stuttered

"Oh so we're going to have an attitude are we?" She said leaning very close to my face "We don't appreciate little wise Alacks here" she said practically spitting in my face, She glides back to her desks and announces our freedom "Class Dismissed"
