Hazel's pov

I glanced over at Lo'ak and Tsireya, he was holding her hand. I felt so bad for her, but my throughs were interrupted by Jake, "We need to find a safe place to stay tonight." "Ma Jake we can't keep running away," Neytiri said while holding Tuk in her arms. "We don't have a choice," Jake said with a sigh.

Jake made us walk around the forest because he said it would attract too much attention to us if we flew on the ikan.

It was the middle of the day but the skies were a gloomy grey, clouds filled the sky and it looked like it was going to rain. We had been walking in the dark forest for 2 hours because Jake wanted to get as far away as possible.

All the other kids were used to walking around like this but I was not, I kept banging my head on things and almost tripping over much to Spider's amusement. "You are so uncoordinated," he said with a laugh.

"Shut up I didn't grow up here like you forest boy!" I said while giving him a small push on his chest. Spider grinned back at me, I just rolled my eyes and continued to walk.

I started to hear something above us, it sounded like a helicopter, I looked up and watched as they flew above us, I glanced at Spider and he just gave me a look of concern.

"Mommy I am tired," said Tuk in a soft voice. "Jake let's stop," Neytrir said while picking up her child. As we found a good place to sit Jake started up a fire, it was getting dark so they wouldn't be able to see the smoke in the air.

I heard someone whispering, and I looked around to see it was Lo'ak talking to Spider. I went over and sat next to him to try and hear what they were talking about. "So why do you think they came back?" Lo'ak asked, "I don't know," Spider replied while looking at me for a second.

They continued to talk to each other but I zoned out, I knew it was my fault why they were back. My Mother was looking for me. As I was thinking a memory came into my mind. I gasped out loud. Spider and Lo'ak both turned to face me.

Spider's Pov

I heard Hazel let out a loud gasp as I was talking to Lo'ak. We turned to face her, "What is it?" I asked curiously wanting to know. I watched as she stood up and grabbed my hand. "Can I talk to you in private?" she whispered to me.

Hazel dragged me deeper into the forest to make sure that no one was listening to what she had to say.

Hazel looked down as she began to speak, "they burned it all down looking for me." I tried to look her in the eyes but she was still looking down. "They aren't going to stop till they find me." "But they aren't going to find you," I said while grabbing her hand that was sitting on the side of her body.

"Spider, that's the thing, our masks still have trackers in them." "oh shit," I was taken aback I had forgotten about that.

"They will find us all, I can't be responsible for them getting hurt," I could hear the pain in her voice as she looked up at me finally.

We stood there in silence for a moment while I thought of what we could do.

"We can run away," I finally said. "I know it will hurt the others a lot but what choice do we have," Hazel gave me a nod.
