i sat in the hallway doing my math , i would be in the classroom but it's to loud and overwhelming for me to focus on anything so the teacher let me come to the hallway

"Ayla" my teacher said coming out of the class with a pass in her hand

NOTTIS POV

I was about to dress out for gym until the coach/ teacher told me my biology teacher wanted to see me and he gave me a pass , i rolled my eyes grabbing the pass from him and grabbing my stuff

why it always gotta be in my favorite classes i get called out? I slowly made my way down to my biology class , i walked in to see my teacher at his desk writing things down on paper

i thought before taking a seat in one of them , my bio teacher Mr. Armstrong is cool , he like me , dd n ddot so we basically friends + he was one of the youngest teachers , i mean not like fresh outta college but still young

"wassup" i said looking at him "what's up kid, so you know-" he was cut off by the classroom door opening and closing again , i looked back and saw Ayla

i only know ha cause ddot constantly gets answers from her and gives them to me n dd "perfect timing Ayla! please take a seat next to eth- notti" he said catching him self

i don't think she knows who i am but idrc , obviously she abt to find out who i am "okay back to what i was saying so notti you know you are one of my many favorite students but you have one of the lowest grades out of all my classes and i don't mean to put you on the spot but the administration is on my ass about you getting it up or ur gonna have to repeat the 9th grade"

i sat there not knowing what to say , if i gotta repeat freshman year i'm dropping out , "and Ayla you're one of my other favorite student and you have the highest grade in my class out of all my classes , so i thought maybe you could help notti study for the upcoming test? and if you get at least a 85% your grade will be up and fine notti"

i kissed my teeth throwing my hands up in defense "bruh that ain't gone happen" i said looking at him with a straight face "nah Ayla is really smart and a really good teacher" Mr. Armstrong said looking between us

"i'll try my best" Ayla said shrugging , "okay well u guys can just stay in here for the rest of the hour if u want" he said going back to what he was doing , Ayla got up and went to the back of the class pulling something out ha bag

i went and sat next to her "there is so many more seat options" she said side eyeing me "well if ur gonna tutor me i would like to at least have any thing i could hit u up on for plans to study?" i said in a duh tone cause is she stupid?

she rolled her eyes before handing me her phone , i put my number in her phone putting my contact name as "That one really hot guy😍" i gave her , her phone back and she just lowly laughed at it before turning it off and going back to her math hw

i just went on my phone until the bell rang
