Ace although zoned out for most of the class, Mr. Feeny didn't seem to mind too much, he could tell the male wasn't all there. Besides, the teacher knew how hard the young male strained himself and how hard he works.

"Ah, Mr. Matthews should I express my usual disappointment or shall I ask you to guide my sleigh tonight?" The sound of his teachers voice was what had brought Ace back to the world and notice Cory's clown nose.

"Uh, wrong holiday Mr. Feeny." Cory had turned to face his teacher, Ace watching in tired amusement as this goes down. "You see Halloween is coming up. And I was just test driving my clown nose."

"Then I suggest you stay in the drivers seat, put your nose back on for the rest of the morning." Just as he had said that, Cor did has he was told. Mr. Feeny stood from his chair behind the desk in his classroom, to walk around handing the class their book reports.

Anxiety filled him to the bones, he had just completed this assignment barely on time. He had been so focused on doing things for his other classes, that he had almost missed this one. However, with the little time Ace had, he had given this fair effort.

"Mr. O'Conner, I'm pleased to see this good work." Mr. Feeny's praise had caught him off guard, looking at the piece of paper he was given, Ace sat in shock. He had received an A, not something he usually sees often.

Giving his teacher a smile back, Ace picked up his book bag and walked out of the classroom following the rest of the students as soon as the bell rang. The rest of the day went by as usual as it normally would. Boring as hell, which is how Ace found himself waiting outside of Mr. Feeny's class with Shawn.

Seeing his two best friends right when he stepped outside Cory smiled happily, asking if they waited for him. Shawn had detention so really it was Ace waiting on the both of them to be finished since he usually went with Cory to his place.

"Are we not your best friends?" Shawn points to the both of them, Cor looked at him with interest asking if he got detention. "Yeah, Mrs. Engles nailed me." Ace was still trying to wrap his head around Shawn getting detention in art. "Hey, check it out answers to a test."

"Shawn-..We can't look at those." Cory and Ace both spoke at the same time, Ace was being reasonable as Shawn said it wasn't for a real test but the IQ one. "Wait a minute. Let me look at this. Wow, the person who knows these answers gets a perfect score."

"Cor, no. This is ridiculous, why would you cheat? All because Stuart can make air planes and you can't? Having a perfect score could mean that you be sent to a really perstigest school with other gifted students." Ace was trying to show his two-well one best friend reason, but it fell on deaf ears as usual.

Ace continued to try and tell his two friends that this was ridicuouls, however they didn't listen to him. Why would they, Cory thought this would get Mr. Feeny off his back for once. Ace shook his head silently praying for his friend and that nothing goes wrong.

Shawn actually didn't agree with this whole idea for Cory, he agreed with Ace which is rare but it happens. Cory would've agreed, had he been a smarter person and knew that this was wrong, but alas he wasn't one so he was gonna do this.

Bidding his two best friends a good bye, Ace walked home with Shawn in tow. The two talked quietly, Ace has been good at hiding how he was feeling lately from Shawn. So, the slightly taller male couldn't tell that anything was wrong with his best friend.

The following morning, Ace felt sore and stiff, but he tried his best to not show how much pain he was in. Looking up at the front of the class, Mr. Feeny gained everyones attention by telling them that he has the results of the IQ test.
