3rd person pov
when they got there, they got off the plane. canyon held popes hand as they looked around, ward stayed on the plane and they got into a car which drove them out to the city. when they got out, they walked around looking for a man named jose but they couldn't find anyone. john b and sarah separated from cleo, pope and canyon but it didn't matter. they turned and saw a car coming towards them
"they don't look friendly" cleo said and canyon nodded
"go, run" pope stated and he grabbed canyons hand as they ran as fast as they could. they ran to the bus and saw jj with kiara.
"we gotta go, we gotta run" cleo told them
"already? we just got here" kiara complained
"its the rest of our lives carrera, we should get used to it" canyon told her and kiara nodded as she got off the bus.
"whats happening?" she asked
"singhs men are right behind us, they're after us, we have to think of a plan" pope said and canyon nodded as she looked around but she didn't see anything.
"okay, why don't we just hijack the bus?" jj said
"the bus? jj come on, no way" canyon told him and they heard the cars as they ran and hid in the fruit stands. canyon stayed with pope as she held his hand and looked around.
"welcome to south America" cleo said and canyon nodded. soon enough they got up and they began to walk to where jj was leading them, they found barracuda mike and he led them to a rafter
"go anything to protect yourself?" he asked
"uh no kinda working on that part" jj stated
"no, he means no" canyon spoke up
"here" he handed the bag to jj
"whats this?" jj asked
"machetes, you'll need em, I'm adding cost of this rig to what you already owe me, don't expect to see it again anyways. look, I asked around the landing , your buds did leave this morning but I was able to get directions to el tesero. pretty loose, only jose knows the real way but gets you in the right zipcode , maybe " mike said and canyon laughed softly as pope smiled at her laugh, even in the hardest situations she would still laugh and she would still find a way to make everyone smile.
