The darkness was indescribable. What can I say – it was just black. From somewhere though, a ray of light conquered all odds to reach the basement which was such a sojourn spot. Sakshi had asked to Neal to meet her there. After all the drama Neal was mad enough even to think about visiting her alone. I don't think anyone knows the reason why he agreed to meet.
The dim light was only enough to illuminate their faces but not to portray their true emotions. I, with my divine power, was able to envision such fine delicacies even in that black confinement. Her face should all signs of concern which masked her true emotions of jealousy. Neal on the other hand had a kind of happiness in his heart, the evil kind. If he could just think a little much about his plan he would realize that it could backfire anytime and the results would be catastrophic. The problem was that he was just having too much fun.
That's just my opinion but what do I know about these fictional characters that I created.
'What is now?' he asked wearily.
'Why are you doing this to me?' she asked.
'I'm not doing anything. It's just you harming yourself,' he lied, 'Why do you even care so much?'
'Umm...' She had no answer so she came up with the next best thing she could say.
'I don't care. I'm just concerned about Tanisha.' That was a pretty awful lie and she was a pretty awful liar.
'Woah!' he laughed, 'Do you even hear yourself?'
She admitted the flaw in her plan but still stuck to her plan.
'Yes I do.' False confidence was beaming in her.
'You know. I have a theory.'
'What?'
'I just think that you are jealous. Jealous of seeing me with her.' He gave that same evil smile.
'And why would I be jealous, may I ask?'
'Simple,' he said, 'Because you love me.'
'Ha. Ha.' Came a sarcastic reply, 'In your dreams maybe.'
'They were in my dreams,' he confessed, 'Don't you remember? But now they are in your.'
'No. Let me clear that for you.'
'Well so you don't love me. Then let's talk about Tanisha. I was thinking it was time for our first kiss.'
That made her jolt. 'Eww gross,' she yelled, 'Don't. Don't even think about it. Please.'
'Why not think about it?' he asked in a childish manner, 'Every boy thinks about it. I mean not with Tanisha because she is my girlfriend, but obviously about other girls.'
'Stop, I beg of you. Stop. You are making it worse.' She pushed him back but he kept advancing. His smile was turning more evil every second.
He started walking towards the exit but she quickly caught his hand.
'What do you want?' he asked turning around.
'This,' she replied spontaneously.
Saying the single word she pushed him against the wall and crushed her lips into his. Pinned against the wall, feeling her wet lips touch his, there was no sign of protest. She moved her hands through his rough hair. A few seconds later he did the same. Love, flowing passionately between the two of them through a single connection.
Alas, only a few were present to witness the celestial sight. The aforementioned ray of light casted a slight shadow which danced along the walls. Albeit the ray was not the only object to see the kiss. Another person was lurking in the shadows. A girl; and a drop of tear was starting to form in her eyes.
