Chapter 5: Bonding To An Energem

After fighting with the Dino Charge Rangers for nearly 1 full year. Someone named Zenowing came and said he was the Silver Ranger. Then he called for help and The team and I went to where he was. We saw him hurt and we ran over to him. Chase says "It's the Silver Ranger." Jason says "You okay, Mate?" Chase smiles and says "Nice accent."

He says "I'm okay. Just a little hurt." Chase says "Let's get you back to the base, Mate." Tyler says "Hold on. We gave you everything for our zords, weapons. How did Arcanon get his hands on it?" Silver says "Lord Arcanon would do anything to get his hands on the energems. That's why he forced me to create the dino chargers. But luckily..." He pulls out Dino chargers and says "I was able to grab all 9 chargers."

Jason says "Only 9? Why not 10?" Silver says "Yes... I never created a Titano Charger." Riley says "The monsters dropped this." Ivan saw it was a Titano Charger and says "The Titano Charger you said you never made." Then Silver's voice changed and says "You Rangers are smarter than we thought." He pulled out his Dino Morpher and says "Titano Morpher Blast. Energize." He fired at the rangers

Jason says "Arcanon must have brainwashed him." They hold up their dino chargers and yell "Dino Charger! Ready! Energize! Ha! Unleash the Power!" Jason pulls out his Master Morpher and yells "Tigerzord! White Ranger Power!" And all the rangers were morphed into their suits. They fought with Silver and he was getting the best of them then he started to hold his head and said, "No! Not now!" and he demorphed showing us a Redbird of some kind.

Then he transformed into a blue version of the red. Shelby runs over and points her Morpher at him and yells "Who are you!? Why did you try to destroy us!" He says "No! I'm a friend!" Shelby says "How can you be a friend when you were just trying to destroy us?" He says "No, that was Doomwing. I am Zenowing. I am the true Silver Ranger." Shelby says "If that's true hand over your Energem."

Zenowing says "I wish I could. but Doomwing has it locked inside his sword. So only he can morph into the Silver Ranger. He's my other half." Chase says "Like Snide and Heckyl." Then Zenowing started to hold his head and he says "Get back! I don't know how long I can hold him off!" Then his voice changed to Doomwing and says "You're weak, Zenowing. Just like these Rangers."

The team and I got our butts kicked around and after we retreated to the base. We were getting patched up. Kendall looked at our wounds and treated us. She came to me and when she touched my ribs, I flinched and she says "You have a broken rib, Jason. Maybe two." Jason says "Can you figure out which it is?" She nods and begins to do a body scan.

Tyler asks "What's wrong with Jason?" Kendall says "He has maybe one or two broken ribs." Tyler nods at that. After a couple of days, Zenowing was there. We separated him from Doomwing. Then during the fight against Doomwing Riley got injured and all the Rangers were mad at Zenowing cause of what he said "It was my battle. He shouldn't have got in the way." 

Chase says "He got in the way to protect you, Mate. That's what we do for teammates, but it's obvious you have no clue on how to do that." Shelby says "Yeah." Jason says "Everyone, calm down." The team looked at Jason and they nodded and left. Keeper comes to Zenowing and says "Zenowing, my friend, I hope you didn't mean what you said." Zenowing says "It's just... What is this I'm feeling?" Keeper says "You are feeling gratitude. For Riley coming to your aid."

Zenowing says "I almost forgot one everything used to be. But no more. I must get my energem back from Doomwing." Keeper left and Zenowing went up to Riley and says "You did great, little one. Now, I must go and fight Doomwing. But there is something I should say... Thank you for saving me." He pulls out his sword and holds it over Riley and says "You'll share my skills when you fight, and I'll share your heart." Then the silver prism move appeared smaller and then it turned green and went into Riley.

Zenowing goes up to Jason and says "Thank you, Jason. But I was wondering if I could..." Jason says "Share my heart, and I'll share your fighting skills." Zenowing says "Yes, but also. When I get the Energem back, will you take my place as the owner of the Energem? You are far more worthy than me, Ranger of the Future." Jason says "But it's your destiny." Zenowing does the same thing he did to Riley and now the prism slash comes to Jason but Silver.

Jason feels power coursing through his veins and smirks. Zenowing says "Now, I have a fight to win." And he runs out. After a while. Kendall was down and looked at Jason and went back to typing on the computer. Jason walks over and says "Are you okay?" Kendall says "I am fine, Jason." Jason says "Really? Cause you keep giving me those looks every 10 minutes." Kendall says "I don't know what you're talking about."

Jason turns her around and she eyes him softly. Jason cups her cheek with his right hand and says "Are you sure?" Kendall says "Fine. But I shouldn't be... Your 19." Jason says "Yeah about to turn 20 in 4 months." Kendall says "I shouldn't have..." Jason kissed her and she kissed her back and grabbed his cheek and wrapped her other arm around his neck, Jason wrapped his arms around her waist.

Then Riley shot up and they stopped kissing and rushed over to him. He got up and Kendall says "You shouldn't be up." Riley says "I'm fine." Then Jason got a feeling and Riley takes off the bandage and Kendall says "That's not possible." Jason and Riley say in unison "Zenowing's in trouble." Kendall says "How could you both know that?" They say in unison "We don't know, just have the others meet us out in the woods."

And Riley left, and Jason kissed Kendall and says "Sorry to kiss and run, but I got to go." And he ran out. Kendal was flustered and red. She walked over and called the Rangers.

Out in the Woods

Zenowing was about to recombine with Doomwing and Jason yells "Stop it!" and Riley used the Prism Slash move but green. Jason smiled and yells "Awesome!" After the monsters left saying that they would leave Doomwing to us and disappeared. They ran up to Zenowing and Jason says "Zenowing? You okay?" Zenowing says "I am now. Thank you, Friends." Jason and Riley say in unison "Now, let's get your energem back."

Zenowing says "No, your energem back, Jason." Jason says "How would you know that the Energem would choose me?" Zenowing says "I just know." 

After fighting Doomwing and getting the Energem back

Zenowing says "Keeper. Can I unbond to the Energem?" Keeper says "Zenowing, are you sure you want to do this?" Zenowing nods and says "I have someone else in mind for the power. Someone more suitable than me." Keeper nods and says "Then place the gem by my staff, this will unbond you from its power." He does that and it goes through to the other side of the staff. Zenowing says "Jason. Come forth." Jason walks over

Keeper says "Here you go, Jason. I know you're worthy of the power." Jason touches it and it bonds to him and he morphs into the Silver Ranger. He says "Awesome!" Everyone was happy that Jason got to join them as the tenth and final member of the team. Then during the last battle of fighting Sledge. They one against him and Jason had to return home. But to a couple of years beforehand. Then go to Pine Ridge, and help the new Rangers then.

Everyone was gathered to say goodbye to Jason. Kendall walks forward and says "Well, you are a nice young man. It was nice working with you." Jason says "It was nice working with you too. All of you. I loved every single thing we did. I'll miss you all." Everyone says "Goodbye!" Jason kissed Kendall and says "I'll miss you." Kendall says "Me too. But I know that we can't be together. Go get the girl you always talked about."

Jason smiles and Keeper walked up to him. Jason takes off his Energem and says "Here, Keeper. Thank you for letting me be a Ranger, it's been fun." Keeper says "Why don't you keep it and protect everyone you care for? I know you'll make me proud, Jason." Jason puts it back around his neck and says "Thank you, Keeper. Bye now." Keeper nods and says "Till we meet again, my friend." Jason nods and activates a portal and nods to everyone and leaves for home.

{{Now I know that people were probably hoping that I would show everything, but I want to get further into the story. I have a lot of thought and I already started writing other chapters for this book that are a lot of chapters ahead. so I hope this was enjoyable, and that you like where I'm going with this character. Jason now will be going to Pine Ridge to help the Dino Fury Rangers. It seems he likes Dinosaurs as much as his Dad does. Bye, Guys see you in the next chapter}}
