There are 5 playable Hollyberrian cookies. I think there is more.
Sparkling: Hollyberrians love juice and Sparkling is a bartender. Princess cookie knows him in the topical soda islands story and he has a costume in the same collection as the Hollyberrian ball costume set, implying he's been to a Hollyberrian ball.
Mint Choco: Hollyberrians are associated with beautiful, classical, music. There is a pink piano decor and a violin relic. Mint choco might not come from the holly berry kingdom but he likely has lived there at some point. He also has a costume in the Hollyberrian ball costume set.
Cocoa cookie: This might be a stretch. Cocoa cookie has a Hollyberrian ball costume and has an addiction to Cocoa like Hollyberry's addiction to juice. Cocoa cookie is definatly not from the cacao kingdom since in her bond buff- Cotton talks about a cocoa village that Cocoa cookie has no idea about. With Cocoa's connection to Mint Choco if he's from the Hollyberry kingdom she might be too
Vampire: Vampire has red hair and a juice addiction- he's Hollyberrian
Alchemist: If Vampire is Hollyberrian his sister must be too. Alchemist is grape flavored, most Hollyberrians are fruit flavored
Herb: The Hollyberrians are great gardeners, the bush decor states this detail. Herb is a juice bar regular like the other Hollyberrians mentioned. Herb was also knows how to take care of the mystery plant decor that is a smaller version of the story boss
Cherry: Cherry cookie is fruit flavored and has the bubbly, passionate energy most cookies in the kingdom have
Cherry Blossom: Since Cherry is her sister, she must be hollyberrian too if she is. Cherry blossom enjoys parties like many others in the kingdom
Gumball: Gumball is an artist and, as seen in the Hollyberry decor pack, the Hollyberrians are good painters. Gumball also has the passion of a Hollyberrian.
Mango: It is likely that the Topical Soda islands are in the kingdom territories since the Soda Islands are fruity and Princess Cookie is associated with it. {Sorbet, Lilac, and Squid Ink are not included since it is implied that none of them live in the island}
