Who will win the trial?

You cannot title a youtube video Roguefort Cookie gets arrested and have some staff members in jury outfits and expect me not to watch it. {Mic Mac, Hui, and Zzalgoo you have my respect. You all looked great in your courtroom outfits and did amazing with the video}

The premise of this new update is now that everyone's favorite french phantom has been arrested it's time to go to court. Our criminal friend could be in jail for 150 million years.

My brain has been turning so I dug into different countries legal systems to see what realistic jail time were going for. 

I'd like to point out that Cappuccino cookie, the prosecutor, points too 4 sections of some long scroll each with a different number above. I think this long sheet and the numbers are the individual crimes and how many years he'll be in jail for it.

The question is, where is the trial taking place. Different countries have different laws. Roguefort cookie is named after a French cheese so maybe he'll be tried under french law. If so then he'd get 10 years in jail. I tried finding out if the charge would apply to each crime or the crime overall and got no straight answer. If you know about French law then please comment more info.

Since Almond cookie seems to be a New York style detective and since he made the arrest he may be tried under US law which would amount too under 10 years

Since Ovenbreak was made in Korea the event would use those laws to charge him which would amount too: 6 years. {Someone please give me more info about legal work I couldn't get much info about this one}

But the fines, Roguefort cookie would be fined for 100,000 euros by French law and 10,000,000 won by Korean law and if you add them both together that's 118,877 USD. Since he is a more high collar criminal artist he would get some HEFTY fines from the people he stole from.
