I stare the ceiling of my "room". After the championship, we were given two days of rest.

Most of my comrades are staying home.

My parents rented a small house for the three days, including the day of the championship.

"Jennie!" My mother's voice is calling me.

I answer, but she keeps quiet so I go down. I find her in the kitchen.

"Dinner will be ready in 15 minutes... would you like to invite some of your friends?" She offers me in a gentle voice.

She always used a compassionate voice with me... it was probably because she was always afraid that I would refuse.

"No thanks, I'm eating out."

Without waiting for an answer, I go out and close the door. As I had nothing planned, I start to walk around the city. Japan was beautiful. The city was full of life, thousands of different people swarming, thinking and living.

I stroll through a big mall when I pick up my phone and dial a number.

« Jennie ? »

« Hi, I was wondering if you wanted to do some shopping. If you have something else to d-«

« Where are you ? I'm already running"

I chuckle and give her the name of the place. In minutes, she was besides me.

« Come on ! Let's call Anna too and spend all our money ! »

She takes my wrist and we start our journey.

A few hours later, we had ate and my hands were full on bags from differents brands.

« Wouaa~ this is cool » sigh Sophie.

She sips one more time her bubble tea and throw it in a trash. Suddenly, her phone rings and she takes it.

«It was my mom, I need to go home now...Have a great evening ! »

With that, she kiss our cheeks and call a cab.

« Do you wanna go home ? » Anna asks me.

I shook my head and she directly opens her phone. She sends her location and, a few minutes later, a black car stops in front of us. The driver, in a suit, goes out and shows a placard with "Anna Jegou" written on it.

She rolls her eyes and we go to him. After giving him all our bags, we get into the car.

« I'm so tired »

She nods in agreement.

« Shopping is worst than training »

I giggle and she joins me. I take out my phone and send a text to my mother.

I'll be late for dinner. Don't wait.

I hear a shuffle and she gives me a pack of skittles. I take some and turn to the glass. A few minutes pass like that and we arrive quickly.

We stay the rest of the afternoon in her room, playing Mario Kart and just chilling.

« Not gonna lie, I missed that » I finally said at the doorway.
