THE FLAME'S HEAT was poetically incendiary, rather contrary to the frigid air outside of Zuko's ship cabin room. He sat at desk, notes and drawing sprawled out everywhere.

"Chi energy is in everyone?" Zuko asked quietly to himself.

There's still so much that I need to learn.

He sighed and leaned back in his seat. He closed the scroll that was in front of him. Zuko's mind drifted off to the mysterious Chi bending girl that he fought against.

Why didn't she use her bending on me? Was she ashamed?

Zuko pinched his nose bridge.

No, she wanted to use it as a last resort. That's why she was so skilled with the swords.

He looked to his left where his swords were. They laid proudly upon his wall, like decor.

Who was she?

-

"Those are Elephant Koi! Check this out Mizuki!" Aang hollered, speeding into the little gulf at the island they were at. "Katara, look at me go!"

Mizuki smiled at the boy as he got a hold of a giant koi fish. He grabbed the big fin and rode it. Aang cheered unclear things from out in the distance which made Mizuki's smile grow wider because she couldn't understand his words.

There was a shadow out in the water near the elephant koi, but Mizuki couldn't exactly decipher what it was.

"Aang? There's something in the water!" Mizuki yelled to him from the sandy shore. Katara's head perked up and she looked concerned as she stood next to her.

"Get out of there!" Sokka shouted to Aang.

All of a sudden he went flying in the air and splashed into the water. An even bigger water creature made its way over to Aang and he began to sprint on top of the water, eventually making it to shore and slamming into Sokka.

"What was that?" Katara asked as she and Mizuki rushed over to him.

"I don't know." Aang said while putting his clothes back on.

"Well, let's not stick around to find out." Sokka crossed his arms. "Time to hit the road."

Just then, Mizuki turned around to see a bunch of women warriors jump from trees and surround them. Sokka tried to defend himself but failed when a warrior took him away.

Mizuki blocked another warrior from attempting to grab her. She pulled out one of her swords and swung skillfully at the warriors around her.

"I'll hold them off! Get out of here guys." Mizuki struggled against the other four women warriors. Katara ran into the tree line but was tackled by a warrior. The same happened to Aang, shortly after.

Mizuki kicked one warrior in the chest and it sent her flying into another warrior. Mizuki punched at the warrior in front of her but was taken by another from the other side.

She got a blind cover placed over her eyes and was restrained by a rope.

-

"You four have some explaining to do." A man told them.

Mizuki, Sokka, Aang, and Katara were tied to, what felt like, a large wooden post. Mizuki started to use a small bundle energy to cut her hand restraints.
