"Princess you cannot go in there! Your father is having a very important meeting." General Hux shouts as he goes back to commanding the ships. I glance at the glass in front of me.
I notice the enemy's fighter ships. It couldn't be him, although...
"I need to see my father this instance! I command you to call him." I demand, taking General Hux's attention away from the glass. Ever so slightly shifting my hand. He stares at me with annoyance. "Princess I am in the middle of-"
The ship grumbles under us. Shaking the ground, I back to glass as I fall to my ass.
An explosion, we were hit.
"Princess! Are you alright?!" Some of the general's underlings came to my side and help me up. "I'm alright." I smile, making them jump back. Helping me up I turn back to General Hux. "It seems my father will be hearing from me soon enough." I smirk as the blue lights flash.
"General, the Supreme leader is trying to contact you." One of the pilots speaks. I turn, "Perfect patch him through." General Hux holds his hand up. "I will take this in private chambers." He denies. I stomp my heel down, the sound echoing through the vicinity.
"That's an order. Patch the Supreme Leader through now." I command, testing the General to try me again.
The hologram of my father is casted, and I smile. "Father! Hello again," I smile. Brushing my hand through my long white hair as I curtsey in my large black gown. My father bestows a smile upon me. "Snow, my darling daughter. How happy I am to see you are safe." He states flowed by scowl.
"General!" He states, instantly I'm pulled the side with one of the advisors grabbing me away from my father's path. The general fixes his posture and stands up straight. There is a thickness in the air. A thickness of fear. "Master Snoke, I trust you are well." Hux states trying to hold his composure. He held it well.
"Were you ever intending to inform me of the Star killer?" He asks, it sounded more of a statement than a question. I turn to the general fearing the most. Breaking away from the advisors' arms I step in front of him.
"I was just on my way to inform you. The general was going to debrief with his men before going to meet with us." I state. My father's holographic head turns to me and nods, "Why don't you come to my chambers Snow. We have much to discuss."
I turn to General Hux, fearing the worse. "Now Snow." Father commands and I nod. "I'll be there soon." I say, forcing a smile once more.
The halls were silent as they usually were. All that could be heard were the clicking of my heels and the fabric of my dress dragging across the glass floors. I greet the patrolling troopers with a smile, and they salute me all the way down to my father's chambers.
My name is Snow, daughter of the Supreme Leader Snoke. Currently I'm 22 but I'll be turning 23 in a matter of weeks. Not that we celebrate it here.
Although my father is an unkind and seems to be an evil man, we couldn't be more different. I find it cruel the way he treats everything. He treats the lives of storm troopers as though they are pawns. It's not right. But unfortunately for me it's just how it is here.
It's my job as a princess, and red guard to keep order on the ship. Usually, I'm bound to my quarters reading holopads full of history. As well as reading up on missions and their briefs. When I have spare time, an awfully lot of it if I may say, I usually go to the children's wards and spend my days reading them stories of our once great emperor Palpatine. I read them stories on the Sith and Jedi's just like they were once read to me.
When I'm not doing either of those things, I'm training with the leader of the Red Guard, Chief Griffith. Usually, it's just combat and techniques. Occasionally we spar with weapons but a majority of the time it's just him grilling me on not telling anyone about being in the red guards. He's awfully proud to have me.
"It's an honor to be a part of us! You, the Princess, a strong and trusted Guard of Red? Very important." He huffs as he holds his padding higher, so I readjusted my punches.
"You forget! I am the Princess. If my father were to find out I was running around boasting of my position he'd have my head!" I grumble as Chief Griffith laughs. "Much better than having you read stories to the children!" I shake my head and scowl, kicking him in the knee causing him to fall over.
"Princess that's cruel." He hisses as he inspects his bending body part.
"What's cruel is what we do." I mumble and he shakes his head. "Better here than sold as slaves in Jakku." He argues and I sigh, their slaves to the order now.
I clear my mind as I make it to my father's quarters and unfiltered my mind so he can read it. I go to knock at the door, that was when Commander Kylo Ren popped out through the left corridor.
"Hello Commander. Are you here to speak with my father?" I ask and he nods. "Yes, he asked me to come see him about plans to go to Hoth and seeking refuge." I give him a confused look.
Cold smoke fills the entry way as the metal doors open.
"Seek refuge? Who's seeking refuge?" I ask, only to be answered by my father. "You are to seek refuge on the planet Hoth. Commander Ren will escort you there and keep you safe until the time comes." I storm up to my father.
"What do you mean escort me!" I shout demanding an answer. "With the way things are General Hux needs to be reprimanded. He nearly got you hurt and if anything were to happen to me, you'd be the next in line to choose the next supreme leader." He explains as I fall to his feet on the stairs.
"I can take care of myself." I state and he shakes his head. He lifts me using the force and pulls me towards him.
Hissing ever so softly, "Don't think I am not aware of you releasing rouge storm troopers. You need to be taught a lesson. A red guard would never allow that to happen. 3 months you'll spend on the planet Hoth and if you return fixed maybe I'll let it go."
I feel my throat tighten as he slowly chokes me. "You may be my daughter, but I get rid of those that matter not to my plans."
My entire body trembles as I attempt to nod, "Y-Yes f-f-father. I-It w-won't ha-happ-happen again!"
My body releases a loud thud noise when I'm dropped to the floor. Nearly banging my head on the ground, if it wasn't for Commander Ren who caught me in time.
"You seem a little pale my child, remember to take your medicine with you. You've always have been so fragile." Father says to me before turning to the commander as I choked for air. I nod, "Fragile like a flower." My father smiles and looks to commander Ren. "It's why I call you my Sundrop."
My head starts spinning as I heave for air. My father says I've been as fragile as my mother since I was born. Born with a condition that makes my hair turn different colors, makes me obtain sicknesses easily, it's why I'm kept away. I don't have many memories of my mother, even though she passed away when I was around 9, I am told. I can't remember a lot of things past the age of eleven. Father says its condition.
"Ah commander. Thank you for that my daughter is oh so clumsy you know." Father says as my vision starts blurring out.
I stumble forward as I try to keep still. "Are you alright princess?" Commander Ren asks as he held an arm out in front of me. I shake my head and smile. Bringing myself back to balance, dizziness not in check.
A familiar humming beckons me to turn around, I turn. Yet nothing.
"Come stop your crying it'll be alright. Take my hand, hold it tight."
I turn to Ren and my father confused, "Did you hear that?" The two shake your head. Father's eyes widen as my vision once again goes foggy. "Snow! Lay down!" Father shouts as I feel my feet sweep under me without my control.
The world starts to get softer and echos as Commander Ren comes into vision. "Princess?!"
Next to him a faceless woman appears, smiling at me as I close my eyes.
"I will protect you from all around you, I will be here don't you cry."
A giggling child is heard but I can't see who. "Mama why are her eyes like that?" A voice asks.
"Shhh, you'll wake the baby."
