Pov: Rengoku

"Hm.." What time is it? Is it.. noon? The sun looks like its been out for awhile already, but I never wake up this late.
Huh?
I felt something- oh. Wait, it's just Tanjiro. Hm. I couldn't help but smile. "Tanjiro~ Its time to wake up, Kay?" I said in a soft tone.

(Something most of your mothers can't do BAHA- sorry- sorry!) 

"Huh?" His bed hair is something funny to behold. "Look, your hair is so funny, oh, and fluffier too." I started to play with his hair. "Kyojuro, what time is it?" We both looked out the window. "Hm, noon perhaps?" "Noon?!" He shot up from my bed. "It's noon?! I told Zenitsu and Inosuke I'd be home last night!" He said slapping his four head. "Hey, hey," I grabbed his hands. "It's alright. I might've told Shinobu that you'd be home pretty late." I rubbed his head, kissing his cheek. "Really?? When?" "When you went to talk to your friends before you left. And she was completely fine with it, as long as you.. clean the kitchen. Sorry, forgot to tell you about that, ha." He smiled. "Thank you for that! Also, I'm totally in the mood for cleaning!" He jumped up with his arms in the air, turning his hands into fists. "Hm, maybe I could help?" I said grabbing his hands. "Hmm... Maybee." "What do you mean maybe?" He giggled. "Well, I don't want you to do something that I'm supposed to do. I don't want to drag you into my mess-" "Shh shh. You're not dragging me into your 'mess' Tanjiro."

Pov: Senjuro

'I can't wait for brother to get back home! I've been working on this thing for him. I hope he likes it..'
"Father, I'm home. I got us some more food-"
I dropped the bags of food.
"What.. what did you do, Father??" I fell on my knees, trying to suck my tears back into my head.
"Father! That was for brother!"
"What did you say?! Don't you dare raise your voice at me!" I felt a sharp, stinging feeling on my cheek. Oh. He hit me. I deserve it. I'm sorry. "I'm sorry.." "You better be. And what the hell is this shit? It's fucking pathetic! He doesn't need a 'get-well-soon' blanket! He's a grown man! And you should grow up too!" He hit me again. I wish I could do better for him sometimes. But father doesn't make sense sometimes. And it's hard to know what he wants from me. "Yes." I mumbled. "What did you say? Speak up!" Now he's grabbing me by the collar. "I'm.. I'm sorry..!" I can't keep it in anymore.. I know this is pathetic, and I'm sure brother would be very disappointed in me if he saw what a cry baby I'm being right now.
He then threw me me against the wall.
"Tch. Good for nothing. You'll never be anything! You and your brother are going to do nothing with y'all's life!" He screamed out.
I'm a terrible little brother. Our father bad mouthing my big brother, and I can't do anything. I won't do anything. I'm too scared.. But I'm sure Kyojuro would've done something for me.

Pov: Tanjiro

"So, aren't you going to visit your family?" I said while getting dressed. "Why yes! I haven't seen my brother in awhile, and I have something for him as well!" He shouted out of joy. He talks about his little brother very fondly. I smiled. "I hope you guys have fun!" I added on. "You could come if you want to?" He stated, but no. This was supposed to be him and his family time! "No, no! This is your time off to be with your family! And I have to make up for lost times." "Are you sure? I could-" I touched his hands. "Yes, yes. I'm sure. I need to do my part, and I need to see Zenitsu. He said he had something for me before I left and I wanted to see what he's talking about!" He smiled walking towards me kissing my head. "Alright then. Just be careful please. I can't lose you." I hugged him, nodding in his chest. "I will." I mumbled in his chest.
"Promise?"
"I promise."
